Honestly I wish we had seen the reviews before stopping in here. We were tired after a long day and order 20 piece chicken with fries. Spent $25 only to get home and realize they only gave us 8 pieces of chicken and not even the right flavors ♀️ this is just terrible. Oh and the other reviewers are right, when you call the number it rings and no one answers just some automated message. Terrible!

I visited this Wingstop location on May 29th around 10 PM, and while I understand it was a busy evening with many people picking up orders, the overall cleanliness of the establishment was unacceptable. This was honestly the worst I’ve ever seen a Wingstop look.
There was food—specifically pieces of chicken—scattered across the floor. The front counter was greasy and unkempt, and there were paper straw wrappers littered throughout the lobby area, making it clear that no one was tending to the cleanliness of the space. The soda station was also in poor condition, sticky and visibly dirty.
For a newer location, this was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness should never be an afterthought, especially in a restaurant where food is being prepared and served. It didn’t feel like anyone was in charge or overseeing the front-of-house conditions. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate improvements to maintain basic standards of hygiene and customer experience.

This was 2nd time at this location. Only thing I can say flavor is good on wings but this time fries were warm and lacked flavor compared to first time. I’ll still be back just hope fries are like 1st time.

Food was good, workers are doing their best. We’ve had it 3 times now and each time it’s been 7.5/10. For the price you can’t beat it. Chicken sandwich was delicious. Didnt wait too long and got food quickly.

Ordered two combos and they completely forgot the second combo. It’s ridiculous considering that there were no customers when I went to pick up my food, so there’s no excuse for forgetting an entire combo from an order. How can you be that careless when it’s that slow and empty? On top of that, the food itself is poorly made, so overall I would steer clear from this restaurant.

The girl with blue hair who was bagging food tonight on 09/03 around 6pm is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I came in to order food and she was arguing with another customer because another customer came in and mentioned that the order was wrong. I literally watched her as she cussed out the customer and made a scene in front of other customers. She needs to have progressive discipline. She was not wearing any gloves and was adjusting her pants on numerous occasions and was still handling food. Corporate, expect a call. This is not the way that things should be handled when a customer comes in and respectfully asks for the order that they bought! Completely unprofessional and extremely distasteful behavior.

This is honestly the best and most consistent Wingstop in Connecticut. The place is always super clean and they always make sure the order is right, even if it’s through DoorDash. Customer service is great too — big shout out to Derek for always holding it down. He’s super friendly and makes sure everything’s on point. Definitely my go-to Wingstop.
