I usually don’t ever write reviews but this was absolutely the worst experience at a food spot I’ve ever had. I placed my order online and waited in the car until it said it was “ready”, when I got the notification it was “ready” I went in and they didn’t have it. I waited almost two hours for my order while I watched people go in and out that came way after I did. Mostly everyone that ordered also had multiple bags of food. My order was just a 24 pc boneless wing with two drinks, fairly simple. The girl at the front kept telling me my order was coming and it never was. I didn’t walk out until I asked another girl and she told me they were just starting to make it after I was already there for almost 2 hours. Thankfully I got my refund but I will absolutely never go back, terrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.

First time I went I ordered the boneless wings and they were not good at all. I decided to give it another shot and this time I got the bone in wings and they were not any better. If it wasnt overpriced I still would not go back unfortunately.

Last night was the first time my fiance and i tried Wingstop. We had a great experience. It looked packed as we walked in and so we expected there to be a little bit of a longer wait due to it being busy. While we were waiting to order, a male worker came up to us and offered chicken tender samples! Definitely helped me decide on getting the tenders! The cashier was also friendly! We waited maybe 15 minutes to get our food as there was like 6 people who ordered before us. i really liked being able to see my order progress on the screen. The food was phenomenal and reasonably priced!! Can’t wait to go back.

Hello, my name is Kelsey. I was so excited to come to this new location where I live. I showed up last week. I thought you were open. It was a huge work meeting, and I was so excited to come back when you guys are open unfortunately, I will never come back again. I walked in today. You guys are open late. It was several people waiting for their food. Very upset even door dash people taking about they are waiting long . I’m looking at the staff the girl at the front doesn’t even greet me. Very strange. Doesn’t even talk or speak up says do I want one wing on 999 wings? I never heard of such a thing I asked for five and five bone in 10 total all flats I waited 30 minutes to get chicken tenders teeny tiny ones I went back in. I said how long is it gonna be to remake She said I’m not sure right now. I said excuse me how long in the back they said longer than 20 minutes I said refund please !! terrible rude lady in the back on her phone standing there black shirt and the floor is soaking wet. While the cashier is standing there playing with her hands Good luck!!! I do not recommend. She should repeat the orders out loud even the lady who gave me the refund told her that ! Then they ask me if I wanted to keep the boneless ones I said no I did not and walked out. Retrain immediately

I love Wing Stop but this location needs help. I was so excited they opened a place near me only to be let down. I waited for over 30 minutes for my food (I did go at a busy time, so alright) but then my fries were cold and both orders of my bone in wings were very over cooked and too hard to eat and didn’t seem to have any seasoning on them. I got 2 different flavors and couldn’t tell the difference between them by smell or taste (labels on boxes were wrong). The staff was polite about the delay but the end result didn’t even come close to the price I paid and the wait I endured. I really want this location to do well so hopefully things get better.
