I was very disappointed in my experience. I placed an order 4:45pm for pickup at 6:30pm, I finally got my order at 7:01pm. The staff was friendly but spent the entire time talking by the register. Two individuals came in and went behind the counter and left with food. Why are people not working going behind the counter without meeting proper food safety? They forgot part of my order so all the food expect the pizza were cold. The icing on the Oreo bites was hard and the side of icing was almost empty. The wings were the wrong kind and the breadsticks were half the usual size with barely any sauce. I was so done when I got my food I just left. I’m not sure I’ll be a returning customer….

What a painful experience. Ordered one pizza and cheese bread… at 4:40pm… pizza arrived at 6:10. Ordered on the PJ website for delivery, delivery time was 5:20… we live 5mi away. Called the store around 5:45, they were still waiting on a DoorDash driver bc they only deliver with DoorDash! Our pizza arrived old and cold, the driver finally picked it up at 5:55pm and even had the nerve to MAKE ANOTHER STOP before coming to us. Papa John’s corporate is apparently to blame for them insisting on using DoorDash! DUMB. Never ordering from them again. We also ordered and paid for “extra cheese”… see photo.

I live right around the corner from this location. And man, does that suck. Tonight I took advantage of my “rewards” and ordered 2 items from the papa pairings deal. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with light cheese and 10 garlic Parmesan breadsticks. What I got was interesting. I got an odd shaped pizza, smothered in cheese. Of course, it was also uncut. Perhaps that’s a service that’s being…cut? lol oh and 8 small burnt breadsticks to top off the order. I’m honestly baffled. Looking at these reviews and knowing my experiences, how are they still up and running? This is a disgusting excuse of a business.

We love papa John’s pizza, but wow. I’m shocked at customer service and time management. We ordered pizza online for delivery for 6:15pm. And the pizza showed up, to our surprise, at 5:45pm. Now, early is better than late when it’s a party, I understand, but 30 minutes?! We were barely home in time! I called the manager of the store just to kindly let them know, and let them do what they need with the info. I understood there was nothing they could do about the order at this point and wasn’t looking for any fixing on our part. Instead I was met with rude comments, and a demeanor that was far from professional. I could let this one time pass, and just shrug my shoulders, but timing has been funny for an handful of orders.

I will say the food is usually still good from here but I’m leaving this review as I just spoke to one of the rudest individuals ever. We ordered 3 pizzas and an order of cheesesticks and it said it was supposed to be an hour.
After an hour the app said it hadnt even been started yet. When I called, hoping the app was just wrong, I was greated by someone who clearly hates his job. When I decided to cancel because he said it would be at least another hour. When I said that 2 hours is unacceptable for pizza he continued to be rude. I asked why he had an attitude with me, he hung up on me.
It’s no wonder this place has horrible reviews. If they cannot keep up with demand then hire more people. This was by far one of the worst encounters ever. The owner should be ashamed of their staff tonight.

This was incredibly the worst experience we’ve ever had here, the only good thing they did was give me a refund. Chloe called, and informed me that they didn’t have alfredo sauce, I was going to cancel the order but she said they made it “stretch”. That was the first red flag in my mind. Waited an hour for the delivery and by the time they showed up the breadsticks were hard, and dry, the pizza was significantly smaller than it was supposed to be. So I guess their solution of making the sauce “stretch” was make a smaller pizza. When I called to nicely ask for a refund I got hung up on and had to call back five times to get one, I even offered to bring the food in to show them. But I’m sure they knew the quality they sent out the door because they did end up issuing the refund.

This place is clearly under different management and for the worse. My order was ready 45 minutes after expected time. Picked it up and the toppings were wrong on both pizzas I ordered. The place looked like a zoo with zero organization. I used to receive great service here, but this last trip is my last. Figure it out!

We live too far from all the Popa John’s to get delivery service. So we drive here for take out. This location is friendly, usually has decent prep times and has decent quality. It’s the best franchise in the area.

As others have stated, this place is terrible. Pizza was ready way late, and was horrible quality.
– The cheese hardly covers the pizza leaving huge gaps
– Ingredients were inconsistently applied
– They included jalapeno stems on the pizza!
It’s was pathetic, and completely unacceptable. I’d ask for a refund but it’s not worth it to bother dealing with this staff. Do not come here, you are throwing away your money.

I have always been happy with the food but the team here are jerks. Tonight they arbitrarily cancelled my order. When I called to say I didn’t want it cancelled they said “well it will take over an hour at this point to get it to you but don’t worry, you won’t be charged.” What the heck – I just wanted my pizza. Bad customer service l. Won’t be back
