Found this local pizza spot in the area and it had some good ratings to dine in at. My colleague and I came in and they had a nice dine in seating area. They offer pizza, salad, calzones, sandwiches, and wings. We ordered their pizza and it was made differently compared to other pizza restaurants Ive been to in the State of Connecticut. The pizza came out piping hot. The crust was soft and delicious. It has a glaze on it which was very rare but made it more mouthwatering. Next time I will try their wings.

Our first time here. We ordered a cheese pizza, chicken tenders, fries, and bacon and cheese french fries for two adults and four hungry, young children. Delicious!
The waiter asked if we wanted the pizza sliced into thinner slices, and that was perfect for our group. There were three tvs, and Hunger Games was playing. There were only a few other couples eating who did not appear to be watching the movie, so we asked if they could put something else on for the children, and she immediately obliged!
We would definitely visit again when in the area. Great service, polite and clean.

Very friendly server that took my order over phone, they were very accommodating and took my allergies very seriously. Delivery was quick and the food was AMAZING. 10/10would recommend.

For a place named Wings and Pies neither their wings nor their pizza are very good. The best thing I’ve had from here was their pasta but for the price you’re better going up the road to dominos. $26 for a large pizza is insane btw

Tried the boneless sampler, the sauces were excellent but overall disappointing as the tenders themselves were so dry they became inedible even though we ate them while they were still hot. Maybe the bone in are better, but I would stay away from the tenders.

Excellent place to get pizza or wings from. The prices are really good and they even give a military discount. Everybody in there was super nice and brought extra napkins because I was sweating the wings were so hot. They do delivery and take out as well. Great spot I can’t wait to try more wing and pizza flavors (of which there is no shortage).

Came in for dinner pizza. We ordered veggie mania, margherita and mozz stix. Upon entering Chrisula welcomed me and made me feel comfortable and confident of the hometown pizza experience that was coming. They gave me 15 minutes to get the order completed. I was ordering to go. While I waited about 8-9 other folks had come through. They had placed orders over the phone. It was clear the this was a liked local pizza house.
How was the pizza. I would give it pretty good. The crust was great and my grandson ate it. So it meets kid approval. Ingredients fresh.
Thing that makes the pizza great is the sauce you got going. I will says the sauce was excellent and the marinara sauce with the stix was perfect.
Dining room is open and staff is friendly

If you want an over cooked pizza or over cooked hard dry chicken breast this is your spot. The owner is definitely not about keeping customer service as a priority, she will argue how right her pizza is and dismiss the fact its way over cooked to the point of teeth breaking. Ya dentist next week. Im about supporting local businesses but not to these kind of business owners. Never again, and im not a complainer but what’s right is right and this place is just all wrong. I wish I saved it for a picture but I didn’t so just imagine card board but really hard. Crown pizza gets my order right every time so ill just have to go out of my way but so worth it, especially after I was pretty much told that pizza that breaks teeth on their pizza at wings and pies pizza Groton is normal pizza..
