I ordered my pizza online and waited over an hour no delivery. The lady J answered the phone when I called my store to ask about my pizza and she stated we only have one delivery driver and hung up the phone on me. I go to the store and told her who I was and she said bye and walked away. I have already paid for pizza online and another worker came and gave me my pizza that was old over an hour and I got the timeline and the proof on my phone when the call was made and the order was made online. I called the police because she was being rude and disrespectful and all I wanted was a new order of pizza made wasn’t even asking for my money back! The. J lied and said I was trespassing and that she had a problem with me before. I have never seen this lady before in my life!! The police told her to give me the pizza guess what… it was the same old pizza . So now you got my money AND gave me old pizza! I will never go to this pizza again even if J did not tell the police officer to ban me and call it trespassing. Bad customer service dishonest workers and bad food!!!

It’s sad that it’s only carry out now. I used to enjoy eating in especially at their buffet. The food is good but takes a long time to get your food business it’s usually only one person working. It’s ridiculous that it costs 80 cents for extra marinara sauce to go with the cheese sticks. One sauce isn’t enough for 5 cheese sticks.

Crew is great, food is usually good. For some reason this location has an aversion to putting sauce on thin crust pizza. Every single time there is no sauce or very little. Makes for a very dry very average to below average pizza.

Although you’re greeted with a smile, you won’t get what you order to the quality you’d hope for. Burnt, no extra cheese even though I was charged for it. I used to manage a pizza place, this wouldn’t have been allowed out the door looking like this. Took forever to get, even though it was a carry out. Just very dissatisfied.

I believe the lady who helped me, her name was Kimberly. She was working the register and she was extremely pleasant and kind. I know being in any kind of service industry sucks around holidays because people are rude but she was quick, kind, and gave everyone in the lobby the same awesome positive attitude. Thank you Kimberly! Food good as always and prepared in the time frame given online.

I ordered two pizzas for carry out. One of my pizza’s was supposed to have onions, but the restaurant forgot to add them. When I got home and noticed it I called the restaurant in hopes they could fix it. I spoke to Angel, who, in my opinion, has no business working in customer service. Angel said that I could take the pizza back and they’d add onions to the top of the pizza. I said I didn’t want the onions like that
I said I’d bring the pizza back and they could remake it to include the onions. They said that they weren’t going to remake my pizza just because of missing onions. Angel then proceeded to tell me that their store isn’t like other stores as far as what they are “obligated” to do for missing toppings. They didn’t understand why I wouldn’t just take onions that they were going to put through the oven to then put on top of my pizza. I explained that each topping costs money, so they charged me for something that they then didn’t give me. She gave zero cares. I even said that I would just call corporate about the issue and Angel said “go ahead and do what you want.”
