Tried the A-Side Alpha, Dirty Sand, Szechuan Dry and a side of Szechuan fries. The A-Side Alpha was the favorite. The rest were good too but the Dirty Sand came in second. The wings also had twice the meat of typical wing chains I’ve tried. They were fried nicely and our leftovers heated up well in an air fryer. I wish the Szechuan fries had more seasoning in our batch though. The sauce is also really unique and tasty.
