Let me start off by saying that my husband, myself & our children & a grandchild used to love this little stop in eatery for some pretty good wings. Their prices were comparable, neatness not always great but the business load that was always in there explained why at certain times, things were not spotless. Yet we continued to choose them for a dinner pocket up & bring home or a quick bite out. This place has definitely been through changes. My husband & I chose to stop by there this evening for a quick bite before heading home. We just wanted to sit down to dine in & enjoy some wings & sports tv before heading home. Everything went wrong from go at the counter when placing the order. We ordered their special of 18 wings, traditional….Hot with an extra drink. We told the cashier that we wanted those 18 wings halved, one half Hot & the others to be Hot, Lemonpepper. She was obviously not able to hear us place the order, directly in front of her so we repeated it. When our pick up number was called, husband brought the tray back to our table & the order was all wrong! They split them but they were ALL Hot, Lemonpepper.!!! Not what we originally ordered. So my husband goes back up to the rude young lady at the counter that had originally taken our order. He explains to her that the wings weren’t prepared per our order, she repeats it again & we wait. My husband is half way through with his hot Lemonpepper wings & the young lady at the counter is just sitting there with ear phones on & looks at us occasionally. Never once telling us that we needed to bring the other half of our wings that were wrong back up to the front, etc So my husband goes back up to they counter to see what is taking so long to recook 7-8 fresh wings with only hot sauce on them. She rudely tells him with a eye roll & a huff that he needed to give her the order that was wrong before the cooks in back would redo my half of the wings. They weren’t t busy. So the young woman looking at us for 10 -15 mins. Needs the wings back before they will cook fresh ones with ordered saucing. By this time my husband was almost done eating & the manager called for us to come up there to pick up supposedly the correct order this time. No apologies from him for the misunderstanding. Or any from the woman that took our order. While we were waiting, there was one woman sitting at a table in there with liquor bottle, drinking. And pretty sure she intended on driving this way. We get home & the order is STILL wrong!!! Now we’re home with my half of the order that was wrong from the get go. It was buttered Lemonpepper. I’m pretty upset by this time so I call the restaurant & ask to speak to the manager & the counter clerk refused to let me speak with manager telling me he doesn’t speak with him due to a language barrier. So I asked her how she communicates with him & she said he just understands her. So she never apologized, accusing me of being rude & she’s an adult & im not going to speak to her like that. No offer of apology, any misunderstanding etc. Just blow back for my attitude. I still had not had my portion of any kind of dinner. And a added bonus the wings are half raw!!! Stay away from this place, no customer service, language barriers, in dining drinking with brought in with her…. HORRIBLE!!!

Definitely need to go here when the black girl is working I called in a order for 5wings all flats extra crispy honey gold and an order of okra the Chinese man was rushing taking my order First of all I live in new market was out in the city shopping. Affordable, medium quality wings. Best fries I’ve ever had at any restaurant. As a buffalo wings lover, this place has become a staple of mine. The extra hot buffalo sauce is just right. The two spicier tiers, “Suicide” and “Homicide” are a vinegar based sauce, which isn’t to my taste. Staff is friendly as well.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Wings To Go.
I don’t know what kind of operation this location is running, but they clearly have no clue how to fulfill a basic order. I asked for], and what I got was a sloppy, incorrect mess that no one bothered to double-check. This isn’t rocket science—it’s chicken wings. If your staff can’t get that right, maybe they need to find a different job.
Not only was my order wrong, but the attitude from the staff when I pointed it out was downright disrespectful. No apology, no effort to make it right, just blank stares and a half-hearted “sorry.” I didn’t pay good money for this nonsense.
I will be calling corporate and letting them know exactly how pathetic this experience was. Hopefully someone higher up still cares about customer service, because clearly this location does not.

This is my all time favorite place to get wings at. The people that own the restaurant are so nice! The prices have gone up but I still come here regardless. I will always recommend this place when someone asks for good wings.

First time eating here. The young lady who waited on us was very polite and patient. Our wings were cooked perfectly. The fries were pretty good also. Their score was a 97. Impressive. The only complaint I have is when my daughter wanted a salad instead of fries. She was charged a buck fifty for something that probably cost less than the fries. Still a 5 star though.
