1st time ordering from here, and I want to start with saying the food was really good. We will be ordering again. Got the chicken wings that were meaty,Western fries w/cheese, cheese steak sub which was packed and full of flavor very impressed, waffle fries and Mexican pizza that was very good lots of toppings. Waited over an hour past pick up time for food. Witnessed multiple people demand refunds, witnessed the owners tell people “we couldn’t find your order” after they paid to others.

This place is the best! The service was excellent, but most of all, their wings are to die for. I tried the 24 card gold wings and I can’t stop raving about them. Their pizzas are made to order. And they are the best! For subs, you have to try the Italian cheesesteak. It’s out of this world!

Idk why so many people rave about the wings. Every time I order the sauce almost seems watered down a bit. Wings are never fried hard enough and so you get a lot of chewy skin. There’s also been more than one occasion where I order a 2 liter and get a couple smaller bottles of soda instead. If you don’t have it, call the customer or just remove it from the order. So many of these types of restaurants around here, try another place instead.

The only thing this place is consistent with his how actually filling and tasty the actual food is. Literally EVERY TIME I order from here, they get *something* wrong. Every time. It all starts with slowly walking through my order over the phone with one of the many workers who barely speak English. Then a bunch of “hold on a minute” instances throughout the phone call. Then no matter when I arrive for pickup, the food is never ready upon my arrival. And then when I get home, I find that someone’s food is wrong in some way, even though they repeat the order exactly as I give it over the phone, then confirm your order when you get there to pick it up. I mean no disrespect to the employees (they’re always very friendly and understanding), but there needs to be at least one employee/manager on duty who speaks and understands fluent English. There was another customer who arrived a few minutes after I did tonight and was missing a few things from his order too. It’s problem when I feel like I need to hold their hand when telling them what I want time and time again.
