When this restaurant first opened up, everything was on point (the food and the service). They hire so many different people that’s inexperienced with fast food service / customer service. It’s really disappointing. Now when I order something the phone just rings, they answer and hang right up, or it goes to the dial tone. The orders are messed up. The food is pretty good sometimes though.

Prior to working at Capital Materials, I was unaware of this restaurant’s existence. In the beginning, my experiences were pleasant. Unfortunately, I’ve found the Middle Easterner lady (the owner), to be less than friendly. The past 2 times that I’ve tried to call in a order, she answered, put me on hold, but never returned. She just doesn’t seem to care. My co-workers empathize and have decided to discontinue eating here.

The lady in the front is very rude and she doesn’t answer the phone at times. When i order through 3rd party my order is always wrong and she claims the cook doesnt see the instructions on the food. So when i ask for cajun ramch fries and pay for them i always get regular fries. I need them to do better and hire some other help.

My boyfriend brought me here. I was a little skeptical at first considering I was ordering wings from a gas station, but my food was really good. There aren’t to many cheap good wing places in Tuscaloosa so it was actually pretty cool to find this place.

Every time I come here I try a new sauce, thinking it can’t possibly get any better, and every single time I am proven wrong. THE BEST wings I’ve ever eaten, without a doubt. 100% recommend this place, I bring all of my friends here and everyone loves it.

Wings are delicious. Poor customer service. Staff attitude could use a lot of work. Especially female cashier. Borderline rude. Always acts busy and disinterested in customers. Never pleasant.

Customer service is awful! The lady up front will be on her personal phone while taking your order, and while she’s talking to you! Not the cleanest people, but they can do better! The food is ok. ♂️

This place has all kinds of wing flavors, and burgers. They are in a very small location attached to a market but this place deserves a bigger building and more locations. Their food is very good , I just don’t like their location.

I got the whiting fish and it wasn’t cooked hard enough for me. The presentation wasn’t that great, but the taste of it was good though. If i decide to go back, i would ask that it be cooked well done.
