This location has greatly improved over the past year or so. It’s a lot more than just a remodel. The manager Wayne, and the entire crew he has put together treat every order with care and come across in an incredibly professional manner. Can’t say enough good things about the growth of this store.

On Super Bowl Sunday, I ordered 50 wings. When I picked them up, I went home and opened the bags. There were no wings, just fries and ranch dressing. I went back to complain about the order, but they were already cold. We didn’t eat them. I asked for a refund, but they said no, only an apology. I live in Mebane and had to drive over 40 minutes round trip to receive terrible service and no refund. I don’t need the money, but I think the terrible service they offered was Bad. I don’t recommend this place; bad service and customer service.

If I could give 10 stars for service, I would. During the busiest wing day of the year (Super Bowl Sunday) I ordered 100 wings for a group and only received 50. Went back after realizing this and got the other 50. However, because of that, someone from Wings Over called and asked if they could make up for it and provide our group with wings another night. We just received those wings tonight and we couldn’t be happier. They did not have to do this and I really want to recognize just how far above and beyond that was. They could have very easily let it be, but they decided to go the extra mile and I can’t thank them enough for that. Shout out to Myah and Hailey for being great employees.

Honestly, I’ve been loving Wings Over, the food is always on point and never disappoints. The service is just as great. Wings are one of my favorite foods and these wings are some of the best I have had! They are always fresh and hot and the service is amazing. The first time I came here they told me everything about the menu. The sauces and dips are homemade. I love wings over!

The tenders and fries were delicious! I got the Cajun Voodoo sauce and it was nice and spicy. I had preordered for the food to arrive at 12 and it arrived closer to 12:30 and that is why I’ll give 4 stars out of 5. The tracking is not very good and the number I was given for the driver was invalid. It would also be helpful to know the make/model of the vehicle they’re driving. Aside from that, I really enjoyed the food!

Wayne, the general manager, was incredibly rude and dismissive. He insisted Wings Over “doesn’t need sauces,” which was confusing and frustrating as a customer. The whole interaction felt like a waste of time and left a really bad impression. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

We ordered Wings Over during our stay at the UNCH hospital. We ordered online they called to make sure what we ordered was correct which I appreciated. The food was really good I would have loved to have it super fresh. The fries had lost their crunch but we all know how fresh fries inside of a container gets a tad soggy. But I’m definitely making a trip to try this fresh and hot because it will be worth the 1hr drive! We had 2 chicken sandwiches they had multiple flavors to choose from we chose hot garlic which was like a buffalo sauce that covered the chicken breast and garlic herb chicken breast with bacon which was a rub. Both was delicious can’t wait to try this out again they also have a variety of wings and we also had some cheese sauce!
