We’ve eaten here a bunch of times. Food is usually good, service good.
Last visit however was horrible.
We ordered 15 hot wings. They were huge. He made it through about 5 when he flipped one over and there were literal feathers still stuck to it.
We almost lost what we ate.
First, The cook HAD to have seen it when putting on the hot sauce. Second, they still sent it out! Third, when we showed the waitress, she had a look of disbelief on her face but only asked if we wanted them to make more for us. NO!!! I asked if she’d take it off the bill, nope. Ok, so can you charge us for the 10 piece instead of the 15 since we clearly weren’t going to eat the other ones?Nope. The only thing she could do was take 10% off. It was better than nothing, but we weren’t trying to get free food, we were trying not to lose what we already ate.
I hope they see this and have a talk with their kitchen about food preparation because something was clearly missed in this instance. I hope it was an isolated incident, but now I’m not sure we’ll be going back. So gross.

We had such a wonderful experience, and our server Sydney truly made the night special! From the moment we were seated, Sydney was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She knew the menu inside and out, gave fantastic recommendations, and made sure everything came out perfectly.
Our drinks were always refilled on time, our food arrived hot and exactly as ordered, and she checked in just the right amount — not too much, not too little. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience.
Excellent service like this is hard to find. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to have the same server again!

Edit- idk how you “direct message” someone on google. But the owner/manager has never attempted contact with me. Called the restaurant twice, somehow the manager or owner are never there or return calls. Don’t waste your money, plenty of other wing places local.
For $33 this is just pathetic. Bare minimum effort. I was also missing 2 wings and a wrap. I’m sure they’ll somehow blame DoorDash like they made the wings and forgot a $17 wrap. The bag was sealed. Will definitely not come back here. Missing multiple items and $15 for 6 wings is just silly (I only got 4).

Stopped here today for lunch with my wife. Food was good, menu was fun, staff was great. However this guy was drunk and belligerent at noon on Monday. If that wasn’t sad enough we were forced to listen to him swear loudly through our lunch. Pretty immature. We won’t be back. Seems to be a regular.

Dined 1/30 at 7pm-8pm. I have been here many times over the years. I normally sit at the bar but have sat on the dining said probably half a dozen times with decent service. Tonight was the exception. Elizabeth was my server. I was seated by the host (she was great and was very apologetic despite the fact she was not the problem.) Elizabeth came over and got my drink order, delivered said drink and came back in a reasonable amount of time to take my food order. Food came from an out from a runner it was amazing as always. Here starts the issue, my drink was empty. I saw Elizabeth go to a corner high top no less than five times to talk to them and talk she did. While I’m eating hot wings with not drink. She wouldn’t make eye contact. Never came back to check. 20 minutes go by with an empty glass. My food is now gone I’m ready to go home. Still no where to be found. I get up wash my hands come back still gone. I went to the host stand to ask if I can cash out. Elizabeth runs up says “I was getting it ready for you” as if she even knew I wanted to leave. Maybe I wanted another drink, maybe I wanted dessert? She wouldn’t know because she just took my order and that was all she cared about. She had a table of regulars that she need to chum it up with repeatedly. Doubt I’ll be back. No apologies from the server.

Worst service we have ever received. We sat at the bar and it took over 30 minutes to take our order. Don’t even ask about a second drink! That was hell! I guess the regulars deserved the better service! We may never return!

As an owner I appreciate the quick response and more importantly the caring attitude. We drive about 45 minutes to come to your WINGS! Both my wife and I are very reasonable people. It may have been a one off night for your staff or it could be more. If we decide to try to return I will reach out to you.

Bartenders are great, patrons are like family. Wings are not those small ones from that buffalo place. Great selection of wing sauce.

Came here for lunch because Buffalo Wild Wings was closed, and this place was even better!! Got the mild buffalo traditional wings and curly fries. Delicious! The wings were perfectly crispy and the sauce was really good. if you’re in the mood for wings, this place is a must try! I will be back (Just don’t wear white, the sauce drips a lot)
