Ordered food to go. It was not the best experience. I ordered the Humming Honey Sandwich, the cauliflower wrap with sauce, and cauliflower wings with Wango sauce. The attached photo shows what was put in. I got my order to find that the wings had no sauce (of course not until I got to my room and got comfortable), I called and they told me it should in the bag because that’s how they always serve those wings. It was not. Gaslighted #1. They told me that they would remake the wings and I would have to return to the store to get the new wings prepared WITH sauce cover it. Before heading to the resturant, I look at the receipt and notice that sause was not even reported to the kitchen. Then I peeped the Chicken Bacon wrap. I called back concerned that that os what they gave me. Keep in mind, I do NOT eat pork. I tell them what the receipt says, they assure me that that is just how they place the order and that I should have been given the correct wrap. I ask “So if I bite into this wrap I will not eat any pork? Because I do not eat pork.” The lady on the phone assured me. She did not ask the cook or question the server. Pretty sure she was the manager. So I say alright, but let her know that if I eat pork…whew. So I go up to grab the food. And head back to my room. I take one bite into the wrap and immediately taste pork. I call up there so fast. “Oh I am SO sorry. Look we’ll take your name and you can return to have your whole meal redone.” The damage had been done. I did not return because why would I want to put myself through the nonsense again? I do NOT recommend this place.

Charlotte was very welcoming, very quick to greet, make sure customers are comfortable, give them time to acclimate and take their order and pass it to the kitchen and move on to the next customer. Kitchen was very quick to get the order ready.
I was there for a takeout, i had two burger orders one with meat and one with impossible burger, the box should have been clearly marked and labelled which was which, impossible burger and the regular burger looked exactly the same. Maybe if you put red stickers for meat and green for vegan or vegetarian meals would be really helpful.

Tuesday looks like the right time to be here! My buddy and I grabbed the daily deal, basic burger and three boneless wings for eight bucks. Guessing they aren’t paying their staff much and waited quite a while for the kitchen to prepare our food during a seemingly slow lunch hour, but the one staff handling the entire dining room kept positive and moved quickly until it was time to checkout. The menu is huge! Many flavors, burgers, and of course wings, having achieved some embarrassing level of expert frequenting Buffalo Wild Wings was keen to sample the mango haberno here. They didn’t put much sauce on the wings at all, perhaps in keeping with the restraints on chefs. We did enjoy the burger. A fantastic five dollar deal without wings, doing the usual toppings too, ya can’t go wrong with a proper big boy American grill at half the price of the cheap chains. Fries looked fresh. My slaw had surprise crunch and flavor. Wings are definitely higher quality than the aforementioned, Applesbees, or even other local places. This is the classic good working class hangout which is bright and festive this week. Large bar area, lots of room, I can see why the parking lot loads up every weekend.

Wide selection of food and drinks. Service is fast and helpful and knows the menu. It is also comfy warm inside even when frigid outside! Makes it enjoyable to eat and visit. We have sat in the bar twice and would not say it is quiet but it is easy to talk and visit. You don’t have to yell or lean in to hear what others are saying. Nice.

Absolutely love this place!! We are visiting from Dallas and this was our first stop yesterday when we arrived. The nachos are 10/10 and the wings always come out hot and crispy!!! Champagne was our server and she was great and super attentive! Definitely coming back Monday before we head back home!

Absolutely sad how the service was. Terrible service would give 0 stars if I could. My bf and I came in to try the place out. We got the nachos to share cause we were not too hungry. We got there and sat ourselves. We got greeted by whom I assumed was our waitress but it was actually the manager. The manager took our drink orders and greeted us. Then she brought us our drinks right when our waitress was taking our order. (Btw manager dropped off our food also) The waitress seemed irritated as well. Waitress never gave us any customers service. The manager though was lovely they took care of us and I wish I could’ve left the tip for them. Considering she did everything! Literally only saw our waitress 2x (when she took our food order and dropped off our check) she was no where to be seen the entire time and she had other tables that were treated the same. Also never got refills. Food also was not the best. There was barely any of the beef and the taste was terrible then again they were nachos soooo cant be too harsh. Besides the waitress the place its self isn’t terrible.

We enjoyed it here. Great music the whole time! My husband’s ribs were a little darker than preferred. My sandwich was amazing! I highly recommend the “Big Nasty” burger!!!! Tator tots are on point with crispness and seasoning. Wasn’t a fan of the Curly fries. Wings were good as usual.

I planned a large “after work” event at Wings Etc. on Meijer court and the entire team led by Jay and Crystal handled everything for me. They were very attentive and professional. Everything went as planned without a hitch! They were timely and kept everything hot and filled. I will definitely plan our next after work social with this team at this location.
