It took 2 hours to get food delivered. I called the store at 1.5 hours to ask about my order and was told it was out for delivery. 25 minutes later called again and was told order had just left for delivery. I pointed out that I had already been told that 25 minutes ago are you telling the truth? I also asked if we could get a 10% discount seeing as it took over 2 hours, I understand they were busy but to lie about where the order is unacceptable. I went to the store to inquire after the 2nd phone call and the girl at the counter laughed at me when I told them I still haven’t received my order. The manager Mya told me it was out of her hands and couldn’t offer any discount. The food finally came 15 minutes after I got home, the pizza crust was tough and hard to chew like it had not been proofed properly proofed, breadsticks were the same. I paid $60 for subpar pizza and tip that ended up in the trash. I don’t think it was unreasonable to ask for a discount. So I don’t think I will be ordering Pizza King again, its too expensive to not receive quality food.

Maddie was our server and she was absolutely amazing!
We had a group of 16 and Maddie took excellent care of us, she was very prompt, and kind. Maddie greeted everyone in our group with a smile took care of all of our needs and was able to keep track of all the separate orders with ease.
Maddie was an all around great server and deserves recognition for her dedication to PK and her customers

My experience started out BAD….Once I brought it to their attention they went above and BEYOND to make sure I left satisfied. Thank you so much for this. We are all human happen but it is the way they are handled that matters. Ive had issues with the store on West 12th every time and they are absolutely RUDE about it and just all around. Thank You Macedonia for showing customers that you appreciate them!

The pizza was very dry like no sauce. Essentially it was best and cheese topping and we ordered a pepperoni pizza. It was pretty gross actually. I have always loved pizza king at least from my town. Will not be going back here. Although we had a very sweet waitress other than that will not come back to this one. Also for a medium pizza and order of bread sticks that were very hard, it was 40 bucks. That’s outrageous.

The staff said they were understaffed. Service was slow to start. The phone at our #20 didn’t work well so I had them come take our order. No toilet paper so I had to ask for paper. orderscame but they were mixed up. okay.

Fast and friendly service. Manager is seen helping employees and helpful to customers. Online ordering and point redemption is still a problem. Whoever takes care of this needs to look at it from a customer’s perspective. You can’t order light sauce or lite toppings. Only none or extra. You have to go to another part of the website to redeem points, can’t do it along with your order. Can’t choose the bake on breadsticks when redeeming points.
