The food was good.At least my wings were good. And the ladies seem friendly enough, but she never came back to check on me.And when I called her over to me and to tell her about my blue cheese dressing she didn’t bother to fix it. When I finally finished all of my food, another waitstaff came by and gave me a new blue cheese. Well thanks my food is gone. I was never offered a refill until my drink was literally empty for some time. They weren’t even busy. Food service has gone downhill in the last ten years. When I worked in food service for tips, I did a good job because I wanted to be tipped. I wouldn’t go here again.

This has to be one of the hands down the most mixed review wings etc, as i’ve ever been to. Sometimes, the wings are amazing. Sometimes you get recooked chicken jerkey. The managers never check on customers or problems. But if you don’t complain the experience can be good. Its a shame because I love these restaurants. As a lifetime restaurant worker/manager. They need to do better!

Servers & bartender very nice but they need to have two bartenders on duty on a Friday night plus IU Purdue game night & there’s a rerun hockey game on, VCU vs. St. Louis, and a blank screen. I asked for IU to be turned on and it’s half way through the first half & still not on. Not a sports bar.

Not impressed with the waitstaff, particularly the bartender. I ordered wings at the bar and I was told they’re larger than everyone else’s.They’re not!!! They’re average size wings, so I only ordered six. I ordered it with blue cheese, and the dressing had no blue cheese in it. I asked the bartender about this and she said she would bring me another one. Eventually somebody else did, when all my food was gone. They were not busy. When I sat down, there were only two other customers in the restaurant. Two more tables did sit down after I ordered. The bartender went back into the kitchen two more times and never brought me my dressing but still walked right past me. I don’t know what’s going on with the service in restaurants these days but it’s horrendous.

Bartender super rude. Rang my food up wrong. Had to drive all the way back to get my right food. Got my food sat in front of me without a “sorry” “thank you” nothing. Wish I hadn’t tipped her $6 in the first place. Won’t be coming back. Last time food was wrong

I ordered take out on the app and was extremely disappointed with what I received. I ordered 20 wings that had hardly any sauce on them, and a side salad. This side salad was $4 and was literally a handful of shredded lettuce and some squishy tomatoes. My husband asked the worker about it and they told him “That’s just how we make it”. Just go to Buffalo Wild Wings or the Wings etc in Newburgh this place is ridiculous.

The Cajun Mac and cheese was very good! The spicy pickle chips could’ve been a little spicier but overall they were good. Overall no complaints other than we wanted fireball shots and they were out unfortunately.

Wings Etc. is a small chain grill and bar. This place is good if you want bar food and watch the game. Service here was excellent. Menu is packed with choices to satisfy most people. Traditional wings are naked. I chose the medium buffalo sauce. It was good but most of the sauce was in the bottom of the plate. Chicken and rings were served very hot, but the chicken seemed over cooked and very dry. Overall, this place has a great atmosphere and good value. It was a fun stop before heading to a basketball game.
