We have been to many different Wings Etc. locations and NEVER had such a horrible experience as we have had today. We waited about 10 minutes for a table in a restaurant that was not busy, we waited another 20 minutes for drinks after we got to our table and ordered them. There were 6 tables that were empty and dirty with used dishes and had not been cleaned after the previous customers left. Our waitress, Kacie, was awful. After bringing our drinks she walked past our table 7 times and never asked if we needed refills or anything. We had to leave our table and go to the bar to ask for silver ware. A different worker dropped off our appetizers that we waited almost 30 minutes for, again the restaurant wasn’t busy. When our food came out our waitress finally appeared, dropped off the food and was going to walk away, again, with out asking if we needed anything. We stopped her and told her we needed the empty plates taken from the table, they were taking up quite a bit of space, and drink refills. Her response was “I know how to do my job”, one of the members of our party replied “it doesn’t look like it”, to which she said “I won’t be talked to like this”. She walked away and got the manager who was dealing with another angry table, having the same issues, when he was done, he came over and spoke with us. We told him how rude the waitress had been, how poor her service was, and that we still needed drink refills. He said he would take care of it and walked away, we sat there for another 10 minutes with no help at all. Finally, after going to the bar for the third time for assistance, another employee brought water refills and was able to get our boxes for our meals. It was only after that our waitress brought the bill and she started asking if we needed drink refills and boxes, we let her know that we had already been tended to buy someone else. The manager then came over and gave us a different bill with the kids meal and one of our appetizers taken off. Overall, we were there for over an hour and a half, the tables that were dirty when we arrived were still dirty when we left and more tables had become dirty since people had left while we were there. Our waitress, Kacie, was absolutely awful with her attitude and service. I understand people have bad days but she was just downright rude and lazy. The manager was no help at all. The restaurant was in disarray and there were hardly any customers. It seems like they need to change their staff. The only good thing about this experience was that the food was mediocre, and at least edible, even though some of it was already cold. I wish there was a way to give this restaurant zero stars, we will not be going back to this location in the future.

Went there last night. After we were sat, we waited 15 minutes before we were approached. Place was pretty busy, no big deal. When the waitress came we ordered drinks, two sodas, two beers. The sodas came relatively quickly, but the beers took 30 minutes from the time I ordered them. The waitress claimed the bartender was very busy, but everytime I looked over there, she was no where to be found. When my food was brought out, I asked for another beer. Another 30 minutes later, we had ate our food and no beer. I had to ask another waitress to grab mine for the bill because hadn’t approached us in that 30 minutes. Granted every time I looked I could see her in the prep area busy filling sauces etc. I don’t know what the bartender was doing every time she was missing, perhaps they were short staffed in the back. Probably the worst dining experience I have ever had.

It is nearly impossible for this place to include everything you ordered when you place a take out order. Every single time I order from this place something is either missing or overcooked. When we dine in, the experience is okay. The food is usually as ordered, but occasionally one of the servers can ruin the atmosphere. Also, quality and quantity of food coincidentally coincides with what’s tipped.

We eat here probably once a year because the menu looks good but we always wind up disappointed. We had Wings, Chicken sandwich, and a cheeseburger. The Chicken was so dry that we couldnt even finish the sandwich. The wings were edible but by no means satisfactory. The burger was okay but on par with a Mcdonald’s burger. I want to like this place, they have a good menu, but they always fall short.

Ordered delivery. I ordered wings, Cauliflower Wings, loaded fries, fried pickles and Cole slaw. The fries were cold and soggy. The Cauliflower Wings were cold and under cooked. I did not receive the sauce I ordered with it. Got no veggies that you usually get. The chicken wings were dry and tasteless. I usually get good food from them, but not tonight. I feel they don’t want you to order from them on the weekends. I talked them up and got boned. Fool me once… Don’t see myself ordering from them again. I don’t think my friends will either. Shame on you.

Do not dine in unless you have time to waste. There is no wait to get a seat but there is a minimum 75 minute wait for food even if it’s just 12 wings and some fries. Online orders get put in front of dine in orders. I feel bad for the staff who work for lousy management. Thanks.

I really am just a fool for not leaving this establishment alone, how many chances must I give? Its been 4 meals, but the last 3 have been chasing a dream of the first.
If its not an awful table service experience it’s gonna be a disappointment with food either terribly cooked or straight up missing from our takeout orders.
