I never leave reviews because im a strong believer that poor service or product is the risk you take when you eat out. Wings and Rings has always delivered excellent service and food to my family and I when we choose to eat in. However, the last 3 take out orders have been less than satisfactory. This is very disappointing because it definitely isn’t cheap to eat out, not just here, but anywhere nowadays… It’s very upsetting that we spend $50+ everytime we place a take out order, set a pick up time, and when the food is received it is already cold and the wings do not taste fresh. It’s like the kitchen staff have wings precooked waiting to use for pick up orders since its easy to serve someone poor quality food when theyre just taking a bag and leaving and youre not face to face with them all night. Tonight I ordered 20 extra wet wings and 2 drinks, but the wings come to us with globs of seasoning everywhere, dry, and cold. We also did not get our drinks that we paid for. I really do not understand getting cold food when you set a pick up time of 815pm, arrive at 8:22pm, and your wings are as if they’ve been sitting for a while. I refuse to believe this food was not old, it definitely was NOT made to order nor what we even asked for. Do better back of house at Beechmont W&R!!!! Does this appear to be extra wet? And why are there globs of seasoning in certain spot? I dont understand why establishments take advantage of peoples money and dont deliver what they advertise.

I had an absolutely atrocious experience this evening. The barmaid was completely Inattentive to my fiancé and I. She was so consumed with the “regulars” we felt non existent. The “regulars ” in their 50’s were beyond rude and crude and obviously felt they ran the place. Inappropriate flirting, sexual language, making balls out of napkins and throwing them all over the bar and at other customers . She skipped over us several times to take care of them. I felt like I was in a hole in the wall bar in Clifton surrounded by a bunch of delinquent adolescence! Completely unprofessional and beyond off putting! I am 53 years old and this is in my top 10 worst experiences in my existence! The really disappointing thing is not only did the barmaid allow it, she antagonizing it and joined in. I miss the days were customer service actually meant something. I will not be back and I will share my experience with with everyone I encounter. It was that bad. Food is great, DoorDash! Service is beyond atrocious!

Their burgers are quite tasty and generously sized, though not done to order. The is a nice selection of sides to accompany the meal; Their potato wedges are quite good. The Southwest salmon salad at $14.99 was quite good, with a decent-sized portion of salmon. Wings and Rings also offers an interesting selection of beers on tap, some locals, and some you might not have tried. No standard list was available, but our server did have a handwritten list on an old check pad. No obvious happy hour posted, we paid $6.75 per pint, not too bad.
Service was friendly and efficient, the restaurant was clean, bright, with lots of sports screens. Not too busy on a Monday at 6pm.

I ordered door dash. Food was good but this is the second time in 2 weeks not receiving my drink. I ordered wings, salad, fries and blueberry lemonade. It wasn’t driver because there was no dressing with my salad. I got blue cheese for my wings and I ordered ranch. Please pay attention to the to go orders. A drink costing almost $4 and salad dressing should be with meal.

This Wings and Rings is pretty good all around. The food comes out hot and tasty every time. It can get a bit busy on weekends but that’s to be expected. My biggest complaint is multiple times the drinks have tasted kinda funky so be wary of that. Overall, it’s very good and worth a stop!

While the service from our server was top-notch, the food delivery was unacceptably slow for what we ordered. The overall ambiance, however, was detrimental to the experience. As is often the case during major games (UC vs. X), one table of drinking patrons dominated the room with constant, vulgar screaming and cussing. There’s a difference between enjoying a game and creating a highly disruptive environment. The lack of managerial action to curb this excessive conduct was a significant failure, and it greatly detracted from our meal.

Ordered carry out for the first time, nachos were made with breaded chicken, did not expect that. They were nasty, too much gross tasting chicken, not a lot of anything else. Looking back, “breaded chicken” was not mentioned and no option for grilled or shredded chicken. Nashville Hot rub wings had no flavor and were definitely not “hot”. Ordered sweet habenero wings extra crispy, not sure where the habenero flavor was and the wings were cold and rubbery. Only good item was the Parmesan fries, they were delicious! Thought it would be better that BW3’s but I was wrong. First and last time.
