I ordered a salad with Cajun chicken and Bleu cheese dressing. The mixed greens were full of black, wilted, slimy pieces, which were stuck to the fresher pieces, making them slimy as well. I got tired of trying to pick out the bad and finally just ate the chicken and croutons. I see from other reviews that I’m not the first to experience this here. I mentioned it to the server. Instead of acknowledging and apologizing for the kitchen’s failure to check the lettuce, he made excuses and insinuated that I don’t know what mixed greens are supposed to look like and suggested I order a Caesar salad next time. Mixed greens is what I buy for home and I am well aware it goes bad faster than iceberg, but that’s no excuse for serving it to paying customers. The chicken and bleu cheese dressing were good, but do yourself a favor and don’t order salad.

Edit: Campbellsville Wings and Rings deserves 0 out of 5 stars. Upon being seated, we waited ten minutes without any acknowledgment. After finally asking a busboy for our server, another seven minutes passed with no service. We left without being served. Absolutely unacceptable.
Stopped in for a quick bite. Food was served hot and fresh. Several menu options. Everything tasted good, but the harvest chicken salad was excellent.

Our Server “T” demonstrated amazing service and attitude while hosting my table. She was fast with delivering condiments and refills and overall made the environment comforting, Truly a very vibrant waitress that deserves the world. The Food was amazing, all was warm, the sauce was the perfect consistency, and the fries were well seasoned. I also enjoyed watching the Notre Dame vs. Louisville Volleyball game! Truly an amazing experience while dining, Highly recommend eating in this establishment! 🙂

My family of 9 went here for New Years Eve. I had never ate here before myself and after the experience I had last night I will never be eating here again. Obviously a group of 9 was hard for them to accommodate. So we waited for awhile for them to have a table big enough to seat us, that’s fine. We understood. They tried us at one table but we were literally crammed on top of each other so we chose to wait for a bigger table where we could actually be comfortable and enjoy our food and company. The girl working the front seating was very kind and polite to us. Our waiter was okay, he seemed to just be tired and ready to go and a bit forgetful, we waited a long time for food especially since we waited so long to be seated. We got there at like 6 and it was over an hr before we were seated and I know still waiting for food at 8:30. Two times we were brought Soda that the machine was out and the Soda was disgusting. Once our food came. This was going to be it right? Worth all the time we waited with our family on New Years Eve? Nope. My brothers boneless wings were so hard he couldn’t even chew them. Our food was not hot. I got the BBQ Bacon Burger. It was so dry and overcooked I couldn’t hardly bit into it. The garlic sauce you get with the shrimp was so spicy my parents couldn’t even eat it, the waiter said they must have done something to it or gave us the wrong sauce because it’s not supposed to be spicy. All together we probably had $300 worth of food and nobody hardly ate any of it because of how bad the quality of the food was. Very disappointed and I wish we would have just went somewhere else, but family all really wanted wings. I will not be back.

Food was decent, but everything was swimming in sauce. My buffalo wrap had so much sauce, it was like drinking it straight from the bottle. My wife’s Korean shrimp had more sauce in the bowl then what comes ina bottle. The cabbage was literally floating in it.

First time eating there the chicken was really really hard. Definitely was not worth $16. A play of chicken. Most definitely will not go back. Please be mindful when going there. Food sucks. I have teeth my daughter has teeth. My husband does not, and even with teeth or even with dentures please mindful, you may break a tooth.

When I went there the first time I sat at the bar. The bar service was great. Drinks were good. Food took a little long, but it was worth the wait. I came back months later and sat at a table. Waitress was polite and provided good service. The food was a little slow again, but like last time, it was worth the wait. It’s definitely a spot to go to when in town.

This is our second visit to a Wings and Rings location. Both times, the service has been horrible. This visit, we waited almost 15 minutes after being seated for a server to ask us for our drink and food order. One of the drinks was a blueberry lemonade, which I had to go up to the bar myself to get because it had been another 20 minute or so since the server brought the waters and Coke. The bartender said our server was sitting out back. To be honest, both of the servers that came to our table looked high. The food was ok, although I am not a fan of wings that are not tossed in sauce, leaving parts of the wings with no sauce. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant.

First time visiting at 3:45pm was seated right away. My Server Lindsey was very attentive. I was getting familiar with the Menu & mentioned GF is what I was looking for. She said GF is in green next to items–very helpful. I still was not sure what spices might be in the chili that may not really be GF so she asked the Kitchen Manager Amber, who kindly came over and actually helped me make choice that she modified for me. It was Salmon minus the bread ( its a sandwich) with spring mix and brocolli on the side. I appreciated that they made the effort to accommodate me, without me asking. Very kind to me. The Salmon was delicious, the portion size was large, the spring mix was fresh and crispy. The brocolli was cooked perfect and very large portion. It went beyond my expectations. Even the manager asked if our food tasted good. Very kind & professional.
You pay the server directly, there is no registers which is nice there is no waiting in line to check out.
I would recommend you trying this out between 2pm & 4pm when its not as busy because the food is really good and expect that they will be busy for Lunch & Dinner.

They had a lot of TVs so I think its a great place during Sport Events. Very open floor plan with lots of space and seating was comfortable. 5 Star Experience.
