First time and last time unfortunately. Things started out great or so we thought by the not transparent (price wasn’t listed on the menu and it was happy hour) and over priced draft cider that was 8.50. The fried pickles were good and my lemon drop martini (8.00 which I find fair) was good but the rim was only half covered in sugar. Those two food items earned a few stars and were honestly worth it. The “wing chips” would remind you of slices of potato skins sliced long ways that are hard and cold. The wing chips were also brought out covered in hot sauce when requested without hot sauce and there is no way it was miss communication because the waitress stated we could get the hot sauce on the side. 2/3 side sauces were correct with the wings we all ordered blue cheese and I got ranch instead. The wing sauces were bland the wang wang was not flavorful at all, the hot honey was more like a regular buffalo wing sauce, the teriyaki was pretty much as expected. The wings themselves were cooked to perfection very juicy and meaty. The server wasn’t awful but her communication skills could use some work. The building itself could use renovations there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom, the vinyl was torn up on almost every booth, and the lighting was overly dim. I was very shocked by the A rating on the door from the health department. I’m also shocked it’s stayed open, on a Friday night at dinner time there was me and two of my family members and a single man at one other table and 4-5 people at the bar. There were more tvs on than people there eating. I guess that’s why the drinks are so expensive.

I was very impressed! I usually don’t eat here because the menu is a’la carte. However, I was treated to lunch and discovered that they have lunch combos. I had wings and fries and they were excellent. Wings fried just right and fries seasoned to perfection. The server was pleasant and attentive. I’ll be back during lunch!

Me and my family ate here for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience. Our waitress Carlie was nice very polite young lady. I ordered hot wings my husband got the burger and my daughter the chicken tenders. We also had an order of fried pickles and Wang Wang Shrimp. I loved how much food we got the fried pickles were my favorite. The only thing I didn’t like was how salty my wings were.

Love the new menu — especially the Char & Crumb salad and the Caesar with Fried Artichokes! So happy they kept the Texas Tots too…those are my favorite. Always great food and great service.

The Wang Wang Shrimp made for an excellent appetizer. I tried both the hot and teriyaki wings, and they were delicious as well. I’d definitely return to sample the other sauces.

We stopped at WingPlace for lunch last week. I was going to get chicken wings, but when I saw they had grilled chicken quesadillas (one of my favorites) I ordered that instead along with onion rings for my side. The quesadillas were very good, with a nice amount of chicken compared to others I’ve had. The onion rings were just ok, softer than I prefer.

My lovely wife ordered boneless wings in BBQ sauce and a side of French fries. She thought the wings were good but with too much BBQ sauce. I tried one of hers and I liked them and the sauce. Her French fries were ok but not as hot as expected.

It’s a nice place and our server was friendly.

I gave this place an honest shot. The only consistancy is poorly prepared food and service with a scowl. Visited 4 times, different days, different months and times of day. The service was not all happy. The guy presented as if we were bothering him. No checking in with us. Tables are sticky and the bar stools are a tad low. Im tall but the actual bar hit me mid chest, leaving me feeling like a small person at a table but (at the bar). Poor service unfortunately, carried on with another girl that was waiting on clients behind the bar. It was almost as if she was bothered by the presence of the customers. Ordered the drink of the day just to be charged 3 dollars more once happy hour was over. But they advertise drink of the day, which is not part of happy hour. The guy mad aweful lemon drop martinis. Horrible. The girl that took over that evening made them much better. A 3rd tender (female) was equally as “off” and very much not concerned with the clients. She served the margaritas in a very small rocks glass, only emptying the shaker if I ordered another. So I felt very ripped off in that sense. She made one drink in a Shaker and half of it was poured into a tiny glass. On 2 separate visits, I watched 2 of the bartenders serve alcohol to the cook, maybe dishwasher, in a plain cup, as well as the female bartender, drinking. The food was good on only one out of 4 occasions. The usual, seemed was as if the chicken was twice cooked. There was absolutely nothing “tender” about the chicken tenders. Hard, hard to chew and cut – and lacking sauce. This was on more than 1 occasion so I do feel like its an ongoing issue. Because of this reason, I definitely would not order carryout from here.
It could be a jamming place but It leaves the impression like it is ran by a couple of college students, just doing what they have to to keep the lights on and collect a paycheck.
I can say, the negative definitly outweighs the positive. Quality is poor, service is poor. I went back hoping to find out if it was just a bad night or do they have chronic issues. They have issues. For wings, I’ve found many better places in Aiken. I wouldnt be surprised if this store shuts down sooner rather than later. Unless they get it together, it will be just a memory and a empty space very very soon. If you want FRESHLY COOKED chicken, this is NOT the choice to make. Sorry, I tried 4 times. ‍♀️

Was excited to try a new place for wings unfortunately it was a disappointing. The wings did not have hardly any sauce for the 30 wings that were ordered. The wing chips were cold and hard. More like thick potato chips. I ordered Draft cider 8.50 a glass and it was more expensive than a martini . We were there during happy hours so didn’t make much difference. Menu stated it came with celery/carrots and the waitress acted like it was a problem for me to request it.

Stopped in on a Thursday evening around 5:30pm. Busy but not crowded. We had a great waitress. Great local place with a nice warm feel. The food was hot and good.. I’m not a fan of the French fries so I ordered the onion rings. Not the best I’ve ever had but better than most. Enjoyed the bone in wings.

Food was amazing. The boneless wings were so tender and had great flavor. Definitely give it a try.
