Oh boy where do I start? Kind of almost everything was wrong with this place. I have been to Vietnamese restaurants before, and this one had a small and not very good selection. Two different people came to take my order before I had really a good chance to look the menu over. Seats weren’t super comfortable or inviting, the whole place had a thrown together look, and lots of loud chattering in Vietnamese in the kitchen which disrupted any kind of atmosphere they were attempting with the music. The spring rolls were served cold as if they had been in the fridge overnight, and they were slightly hardened. Peanut sauce was thin and unremarkable. The other dish, an egg roll pork vermicelli was better, but kind of thrown together, and the pork had a lot of fat in it. To their credit they did take the spring roll off the bill, but that wasn’t easy either because the first waiter seemed not to have a good grip of his English skills. Overall, not recommended at all.

They serve some really good phò. Make sure to ask for some chili oil and chile paste. Food comes out hot and quick. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is once you get you food its hard to flag them down for a refill. Come here once a week and ots rare for them to come back around and ask if you need anything else. Shout out to Will definitely the best server there.

Pho Vu in La Quinta is a solid choice when you’re craving Vietnamese comfort food. The pho broth is rich and flavorful, served steaming hot with plenty of fresh herbs and toppings. Portions are generous, and the noodles are always cooked just right. The spring rolls and banh mi are also worth trying – fresh, light, and well-balanced. Service is quick and friendly, and the restaurant feels clean and casual, perfect for a relaxed meal. Prices are reasonable for the portion size.
Only thing to note: it can get busy during peak times, so a little wait is possible. Still, it’s one of the better pho spots in the valley and definitely worth a visit.

I’m from out of town and quite experienced with Vietnamese restaurants. First time here and I got the combo Pho and spring roll. Both were delicious! The spring roll was fresh and peanut sauce was tasty. The soup of the pho was FULL of FLAVOR!! Often this differs between restaurants but trying this place easily I put it up there as they know exactly what they’re doing. Also the slices of meats were nice and thin. AND the beef tendon was tender!!! Not hard and unchewable like some other places I have been. Also the tripe was thinly sliced so it was also easy to eat. Overall this place is a definite . Will return again next time!

Nice restaurant and cozy on the inside but don’t blink twice when looking for it or you’ll miss it tucked away at its location. The food was tasty and full of flavor and good portion size. I had a bowl of pho with shrimp along with an egg roll that was delicious. Service here was good but a tad slow after the order has been taken otherwise fast on taking the order. Plenty of parking and the restaurant is clean on the inside and out. I would recommend this place to anyone including my friends to try it out.

The portions were generous, and the fresh rolls were very fresh and tasty. The food came out quickly. However, the pho broth could have been a bit more flavorful.

The food was so good! We stopped in for lunch on a Friday when we were out running errands and were pleasantly surprised. I got the pho and the broth was so flavorful. We will definitely be back for more.
