The bartender Michelle was absolutely amazing. She had a full bar and was rushing the whole time to make sure everyone was ok. I have never seen anyone kick butt the way she did. Never waited for a drink or service. Thank you so much for the experience we had. We will definitely be back! Also we got to meet Florida Hammer and got an autograph !!!!

Hannah was hands down the highlight of our WingHouse visit. She’s got black hair, awesome tattoos, and the kind of personality that makes you feel like you’re hanging out with a friend instead of just being served. She was super attentive, kept the vibes fun, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time. Great service, great energy, and honestly… I think she’s basically my best friend now. If you see Hannah on the floor, do yourself a favor and sit in her section and give her lots of money !!!

Terrible wings. Great service. My server was polite and such a doll! But the wings were fatty, the “hot” must’ve been medium, and I’m sure they gave me a wing that was supposed to go to someone else (one was too dark to be Sweet Thai Chili).
I’d recommend the atmosphere but look elsewhere for hot wings. Especially when you’re spending $20 for 10 wings!

Had an amazing experience at Wing House! The food was delicious, the wings were perfectly cooked, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. What really made the visit stand out was our waitress, Hannah. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her positive attitude and great service truly elevated the whole experience. If you’re coming to Wing House, ask for Hannah—you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to come back!

Food was good I had wings just wish they were seasoned they tasted like it was just breaded then fried. I love sweet tea got it, it wasn’t sweet but that happens a lot of places. Tater tots were good just I don’t like them fried that hard they were really crispy, should be somewhere in the middle in my opinion if nothing specific was said. Service was great, vibe was cool it was in the middle of the day so I didn’t expect much to be going on. Service was great, the young lady was very nice and checked on us often. Definitely recommend you try them out. I would go back and now I know what to ask for.

The food here is very good as well, and management is very accommodating for our raucous weekend football games.

We absolutely love the Winghouse in Orlando but the one in Ocala we will never return. We would rather drive to Orlando and have great food and service than spend our money where we live in Ocala. We purchased 30 traditional wings and an order of boneless wings. Paid extra to have all flats which was okay with us. Paid extra to have 4 hot sauces on side and sauce wasnt even the hot it was mild. Menu advertises carrots,celery and dressing with every order but there were none with our order. I called about it and was informed it has to be requested but the menu doesnt say upon request it says it comes with it;therefore I wasnt aware I had to request nor was I asked upon placing the phone order. To top it all off the server frowned at the tip for takeout order and didnt secure the boxes properly which almost resulted in losing our $80.00 order. I am so saddened and my husband is angry that our favorite chain in the city we live in does not even compare to the one in Orlando.
