I would leave no stars if possible. Ordered the chocolate pancake slam for in-store pick up. When my daughter got home and opened her container she found an eyelash strip in her food. We immediately called the restaurant to inform them. The manager said that she had no idea how that could have happened and that she packed the order herself. Because we ordered it through the DoorDash app she could not refund our order, but said that she would replace it. When my daughter returned to the restaurant to pick up the new order she asked for the manager. She returned the original order and they gave her new food, but no apology was given. They definitely need to work on their customer service. I don’t know if this was an accident or somebody did it as a joke, but in any case it is unacceptable. We will not be returning.

This was my first time dining at this Denny’s location, and it’s easily the best one I’ve been to! The service was friendly and fast, the restaurant was spotless, including the restrooms and the outdoor seating was perfect. We brought family visiting from abroad, and they had a great time! There’s also plenty of parking, which made everything even more convenient. The food was top-notch as always. No wonder my parents are regulars here!

I love the way this particular Denny’sakes my has browns crispy when I as for “crispy”. The reason I gave a 4 star food is because it is basic diner fare, but they make sure it is done right. The staff are always polite and friendly even when they are under-staffed and they are hustling from table to table. I appreciate how hard they all work. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, well kept and clean. Great indoors during the cold winter, great outdoors during the summer and spring.
