The fries and flavors are great but the wings are never sauced right and the bone in wings really lack any meat. This is a rare case where it’s better to get boneless. They take forever to bring food out and often forget something like the ranch they charge you for.

The $16 tender and fries combo is enough food for 3 people. On volume alone this is a better deal on chicken than you will find even at a fast food place.
As for flavor? This is the only wings place in South Nashville that actually takes itself seriously. There are some places around here where the hottest thing on the menu barely tickles, so I thought I’d go for the 3-dot lemon pepper and hope for the best. Let me tell you, this stuff gave me a nose bleed and fogged up the windows of my car. Fries are unique too, soft and kinda sweet in a way that’s a good refresher after the spice.
Service took 10min but in this day and age that’s actually pretty fast, I’ve waited longer in a drive through. And you’re not getting food this good from a drive through.

Today I ordered the 10 Piece Classic Hot wing basket on DoorDash. When the order was delivered, it was all flats. I called the store to ask if it was a supply issue, but was told that “the cook is in a mood”.
After being assured that “in a mood” did not mean “food safety issue” (all while hearing the cook slamming pots and pans around in the background), I attempted to eat the wings, only to find out that they were tossed in Son of TNT rather than Classic Hot, which is considerably spicier.
As the spices from the wings touched my lips and tongue, I could feel the rage the cook was unleashing onto this establishment and its food, like some sort of Enchantment of Infernal Seasoning. I immediately was filled with a sensation that I can only describe as transcendental – I was, in that moment, fully enlightened.
7 years ago I gave this spot a 1 star rating due to poor customer service. Since that time, it seems that the customer service has gotten even worse to the point that it’s comical. Truly everything is a horseshoe.
5/5 – will undoubtedly be as fun coming out as they were going in. (This was going to be another 1 star review, but the store is sitting at a 3.7 overall already which kinda speaks for itself).

I ordered from here on Door Dash. The wings were definitely the best part. The hot flavor was good, but I’m slightly annoyed they don’t have Buffalo out of like 10-12 flavors. The chicken sandwich was terrible and very bland. Did not come with the toppings described on the menu. Honestly I think pretty much any fast food chicken sandwich is better than this one. The fries were not seasoned as described (only salted), and no ketchup was included. So the wings I would rate 5/5 stars, chicken sandwich I would rate 1/5, and fries 3/5. Would probably not order from here again unless I’m only getting wings.

Super chicken tenders were SUPER HARD! They were overcooked. My 9 year old kid couldn’t even chew them. We were very disappointed My lemon pepper wings were not lemon peppered flavor at all! They were still good, just missing the sauce. The best thing was the fries. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

Just moved out here in area. First time trying the wings. I wanted some good food, and with a shadow of a doubt I was highly disappointed with this experience. The Garlic Parmesan wings wasn’t good or crispy, in fact they were rubbery. And the sauce was poured on lack flavor, no seasoning whatsoever. When you are cooking food for people how about add some LOVE, that is your BRAND that you’re selling. I definitely won’t be returning cause it’s giving that VIBE of NO QUALITY.

Wings were nasty . Got hot wings they were not hot nor was they saucy. Fries were cold & dark . Had barley any seasoning on them . Went to the bathroom & there was no paper towel or tissue.
