I had an amazing experience at Bahia Tacos! The restaurant is very nice, clean, and has a warm, welcoming vibe as soon as you walk in. The staff was amazing – super friendly, attentive, and you can tell they really care about their customers.
The birria tacos were the star of the show – tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The seasoning was on point, the tortillas were fresh, and the dipping consommé took it to another level. Every bite was delicious!
The rest of the food we tried was also amazing, and the portions were generous for the price. This is the kind of place where you leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.

If you haven’t discovered Bahia Tacos yet, you’re missing out. This little spot on South Dale Mabry is doing something special with their Mexican-Colombian fusion, and I’m here for it.
I’ve worked my way through a good chunk of the menu at this point—the quesadilla, burrito, taco salad, and empanadas—and honestly, there isn’t a miss in the bunch. The quesadilla comes out perfectly grilled with that ideal cheese pull. The burrito is loaded and satisfying without being a sloppy mess. The taco salad is fresh and flavorful, and those empanadas? Addictive.
What sets Bahia apart is that everything tastes fresh and made with care. You can tell they’re not cutting corners. The Colombian influence adds a unique twist you won’t find at your typical taco joint.
It’s a smaller space that’s easy to drive past if you’re not paying attention, but trust me—slow down and pull in. The prices are fair, the portions are generous, and the food speaks for itself.

Fantastic place to visit! Wife and I got the regular tacos and baria tacos and both were excellent. I forgot to take a photo we are so fast. The salsa and guacamole tasted great and service was good he was fast and respectful and responsive. Will definitely go again!

excellent little spot! the food was incredible, i honestly think the tacos here are the best of any i’ve ever had. the burrito was huge, incredibly filling, and as tasty as they come. the churros were also very good, you can get them with chocolate on top as well. the server was very polite and accommodating. highly recommend this restaurant.

Went for taco tuesday and it was dead. $5.90 for two tacos. Can be ground beef, chicken, or carnitas. Solid sized tacos with a good amount of meat. Tastes pretty freaking good. Really like their green sauce. Red sauce was hot not much flavor. Mexican rice was good not great. Service was solid. 4.66/5 Google Rating 7/10 Mr. Void Rating.
