Food was fresh and the wait was not very long for cook to order food. The only con I would say if you get hot/ lemon pepper it will be very wet wings other then that it was great!!

I went through the drive thru, and it was surprisingly quick. I just assumed since it was wings it would take longer. The service was good, the wings were good. I really liked the garlic parmesan, it was a nice balance of flavor. I asked for season salt on my fires. The ranch they have wasn’t the greatest but it sufficed. Would return.

My daughter and I came to Wing Station today Tuesday, January 6, 2026. We ordered 2 Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches and specifically asked for the bread to be separate from the cheesesteak. I told the girl I did not want the bread to touch anything.
When the order was ready, they had put the meat in a small container and the onions, green peppers and cheese ON THE BREAD! What part of “I don’t want the bread to touch anything” did she not understand???
Ordinarily I would give them a 5 but due to the girl not listening or asking any further questions if she misunderstood, she copped an attitude. Next time I’ll write it down.

So my mom ordered through DoorDash and when our order got here it was wrong, things were missing, I understand it’s close to closing but some of us just got off work and had to place an order. We ordered 2 large cheese fries again I know it’s close to closing but call us and tell us that you don’t have the cheese or something. Saddest part is we were craving this.

Food is great all the reviews are wrong. They take a bit of time because food is always made fresh. And some of the customers that have came in there give the workers really hard times because of the owners rules they must follow, so it’s understandable why they are always stressed and seem bit tense. Overall really great food. Great atmosphere. Simple here don’t be ugly and expect the world when they’re doing all they can.

I wanted an unsweetened iced tea and they didn’t have that so I asked for just a water but then got charged $3.99 for a water. I ordered 4 chicken tenders with no sides and my total came out to $14.15 so my snack ended up being $3.54 per tender but they did include an extra tender so it came out to $2.83 per tender. While I was waiting for my order a customer that had made a large order came in complaining about how extrememly dry and bad her large wing order was. Looking at my receipt they have “NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS” printed on it… I originally came in here intending to make multiple visits to sample multiple items on their menu as I had heard they had good food and I’m always excited to try a new to me spot. My chicken tenders were actually decently good but my initial experience here raised way too many red flags and left me wishing I would have just gone to the nearby Popeyes instead. I rate the tenders at 3 stars, the dipping sauce 2 stars but the overall experience and ridiculous charge for water a 1 star. The extra tender was a nice bonus but I think it was a mistake… but maybe not and it was just a surprise.

Lucky I rated this place a 3. What is the point of having a drive through when I’m asked to come in to pick my food up. And there are vehicles in the drive thru…. I don’t know if this is poor management or lazy service, but i’m not too happy about it. The whole purpose of a drive through is so folks can pick up their food if they aren’t dressed to go inside somewhere.

The last 3 times I have been there they keep messing my order up. I do not eat anything with a bone, so I always order boneless wings. They always send out bone in wings. Every time I tell them it’s wrong they say it’s my fault. Tired of driving 9 miles over and then 9 miles back and treated like I’m the problem. The manager and the employees don’t care, they have an attitude whenever you tell him somethings wrong. The last time I called to let them know there was a problem they placed be on hold for over 10 minutes. Even though there was two orders and mine was the only one wrong I had to bring back the entire order or else they would not Of done anything about it. The manager immediately said it was my fault again so this time I just got my money back and then the attitude got even worse. FYI you can go across the street to Arby’s order the same thing gyros and boneless wings with a drink and it’s cheaper with no attitude!!!!!!!! I’ve been in the food business before and I have never ever said this about any business before because there are always issues and problems that happen, however I would highly recommend that no one ever go back to that place to eat! There is no understanding of customer service at that place.
