Wing Snob is an absolute hidden gem, especially on a snowy night ❄️ . The wings come out steaming hot, super crispy, and absolutely drenched in sauce with tons of flavor in every bite .

They have a bunch of different flavors, so it’s easy to mix and match and never get bored . The fries are on another level – perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, and honestly some of the best fries I’ve ever had .

The staff is friendly, fast, and makes sure everything comes out fresh and hot .

This place is seriously underrated and deserves way more love. If you’re a wing lover or just want amazing fries and comfort food, you’ve got to check out Wing Snob – it might become your new go-to spot ❤️.

First time to this place. Had to try a place that says they have better wings. I will admit, their wings are pretty good. However this place falls down on service and price. I ordered 10 medium sized wing portions and a fountain drink, $19.50 with tax. They were a nice size, but not large enough to justify $1.50 a piece. I got buffalo and Barbecue. Both sauces were tasty but nothing out of the ordinary. I like my wings well done and mine were mostly cooked pretty well, but the buffalo were a little rubbery on the flats. Also there was a strange burnt-like smell from the parts that got well done in the oil. They don’t put any breading on their traditional wings, which IMO is the correct way to serve them.
The part I did not like is they served them on the tray all spread apart. This separation actually allowed them to cool very fast and by the time I was about 3 pieces in, they were mostly cold. If you bunch them together, they retain their heat longer.

The service is a little strange. When I walked in there was no customers in the store. I asked the person at the counter what was something a first-timer should order, and the guy who could not understand English pointed at the pictures and uttered a few unrecognizable words, then directed me to the kiosk to order myself as they did not want to help me at the counter. Another couple came in and they too were directed to the kiosk to make their own selections, they were not pleased, but complied. I made my order and paid at the kiosk.

Then they all disappeared and I tried my hardest to communicate to one of them that they owed me a cup to get my fountain drink. Nobody seemed to care about that and after several charade-like attempts to arrive at a mutual understanding of the concept of a “cup,” the light bulb was illuminated and he finally gave me a cup.

The place seemed fairly clean but when I sat down there were crumbs on the table and the booth needed to be adjusted so it was straight, and my napkin dispenser was completely empty.

Problems aside, the food was OK, even if cold, but the cost seemed high for a small place trying to make a name for itself and substantiate their claims of “Better Wings.” And the service is a bit shaky, but they are still fairly new and maybe they will improve.

I will try them again in a while, as I can deal with the cost if the place is clean, the food is good and the service level is high.

I had the pleasure of visiting Wing Snob – West Chicago in the morning, and from the moment I walked in, the experience was top-notch!

The front staff gave me a warm and friendly welcome, which immediately set a great tone. The gentleman at the counter went out of his way to help me download their app and took the time to explain all the different sauces and options. That level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated!

I ordered the Monday Special Smash Box, and let me tell you – it was absolutely delicious. The Cajun dry rub wings were packed with flavor, and the Sweet Chili fries were the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. I also tried the Mac Daddy Sando, and it was incredibly tasty – full of flavor and cooked to perfection.

A big shout-out to the chef in the back – not only did he cook everything to perfection, but I noticed him cleaning the kitchen area thoroughly after cooking, which shows how much pride they take in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. The whole store was spotless and very well-maintained.

We chose to dine in, and during our meal, the staff even came by to check on us and see if we needed anything else. That level of service made us feel truly valued as customers.

And I can’t forget to mention – the Kool-Aid drinks were amazing! Super tasty and refreshing – definitely a must-try.

Overall, this was an exceptional dining experience – great food, great service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend Wing Snob West Chicago. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My husband and I are obsessed with wings and we saw that this place just opened up and decided to give it a try. It was SO good! The wings are juicy and the sauce selection is so tasty. The staff was very friendly and the service was great & fast. Food was amazing. I would go here again and again. The fries are a MUST TRY and i also love that there’s cauli wings on the menu which is perfect for my vegetarian parents! This is the only place that ive ever seen have a veg option. Super cool. 5 out of 5.

Very tasty wings at reasonable prices. Also love their fries.

HOWEVER…
Twice in a row now the food was cold when picked up despite being picked up at the time communicated. Also, I never received a push notification/text/email as was promised when my order was ready. So how am I supposed to know when to pick it up? So yeah, the tech behind service isn’t so great. But the main reason we keep going back is because the wings are excellent – even cold and the staff is super friendly.

First experience at Wing Snob was awesome! Placed a BIG to go order of 50 bone in wings, 6 tenders, and an OG sandwich at 9:45pm and I was out the door with hot, fresh, crispy wings in 15 minutes! Really liked the mango habanero and sweet chili sauces. I normally like my bone in wings breaded but asked for these skin fried wings to be fried hard and they were nice and crispy I’ll definitely be returning to Wing Snob to try some more sauces and menu options! I gave 4 stars for atmosphere because I’m not a fan of the harsh daylight bulbs that are used. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean!
