I came in looking for a new wing place and everything was amazing I loved it. Everything was so fresh and CRUNCHY! Madonna the cashier was super nice and great. She made me feel welcomed. She also knew the menu at the top of her head and John the cook made sure everything was perfect. The inside was so clean and the music was great. Such a wonderful experience. Will definitely come back.

This place was absolutely amazing with delicious food!!! The portions are huge with juicy & tender wings. I didn’t get a picture of the loaded fries and I wish I could’ve capture the size of the salad I saw brought to another table. The service was wonderful with Ms.Iris, while she help with our order as this was our first time here and the overall environment was clean!!! If you are wanting to try something new, I highly recommend this location on North Zaragoza!!!

First time trying out this place. Madonna gave great service up front and John cooked some bomb food. The boneless were amazing and juicy, the fries how I like them, thin and had amazing seasoning flavor. I was hesitant since they were a little bit more than Wingstop, but now I am a Wing Kings member and will visit frequently. 10/10!

Came in to make a take out order. Was immediately greeted by Arlette with a warm hello and big smile. She took my order of 30 wings (Hot OG, Spicy Garlic Parm, and Spicy Lemon Pepper). I was expecting to wait for awhile then I was pleasantly surprised with my order (Less than 15mins). The wing are full of flavor, well cooked, and nicely coated with the seasoning. Highly recommend

I had a unfortunate experience with my order decided to return the food the next day.Thankfully Jermaine made it right,he was happy to replaced our full order and was very understanding of the situation. Had such a beautiful experience at our first time at wings kings, all the way from New Mexico. Thanks to ms Mackenzie. So awesome to our big party, no frustrations or complications. Smooth transaction & very attentive as soon as we walked in! I don’t believe anyone can work in service and be able to impact the people walking into your business. We appreciated the going above and beyond that is rare and comes from the heart. I resonated and love to be treated how I would treat others. AND THE WINGS WERE THE CHERRY ON TOP SO FIRE

Third time items from menu weren’t available.I don’t understand how this happens consistently. Food is good at this location, but not having certain menu items is a total bummer. Need to step game up. Very disappointed. Also I want to add, that orders take a very long time.. Very possible to watch people walk in and make larger orders, but get their orders faster. I don’t get it. 1 Whole hour to wait, so I tried to cancel, but staff didn’t let me cancel. I was told 2 more minutes that turned into 15 minutes.
