Extremely poor service. The Asian woman at front handling customers is unbelievably rude. She was not friendly at all, would not hand me a menu, and asked for my number in order to place my order. I politely said “No thank you,” and she smirked and demanded it again. I explained that a number is not required to buy food at any establishment, and suddenly, she was able to take my name for the order instead. Everything I asked seemed to inconvenience her. She should not work in this business if she can’t handle the basics of her job. Just a disappointment all around, and I will not be back!..especially because she treated other customers with respect around me. What a shame and bad representation of this business. I wanted to bring a few concerns to your attention regarding my recent order placed last night.
First, the Oreo churro I requested was unavailable, and instead of offering a refund or an alternative of my choice, I was told I had to accept a cheesecake, which I did not want. I don’t believe it’s fair to force a substitution without my consent or offer a refund.
Secondly, when I opened the box containing the boneless chicken, I was extremely disappointed with its condition. I’ve attached a photo so you can see for yourself. It’s hard to understand how this was approved to leave the kitchen. The portion was excessive and poorly presented; honestly, it looked more like a health concern than a meal. It felt like a salty seasoning overload, and I’m genuinely concerned about the quality and care taken in preparing orders.
I hope you understand my frustration and take this as constructive feedback. For the price this place is not worth it.

Great place to come and order wings. Wings are flavorful and cooked to order every time. Not a huge fan of the wedge fries but the straight fries are very good. I’ve loved everything I have ordered from them and look forward to going back.

The food at Wing King is delicious! I have not tried anything that I didn’t like. My absolute favorite are the burgers. I would even say it’s the best burger on the West Bank… always cooked perfectly! We always sit on the bar side to eat. The atmosphere is always upbeat. The service is top notch!
