I came to the Arlington location last night 2/19 around 8. I ordered a 12 piece nuggets w/ mango tango sauce, a 4 piece with 3 buffalo and 1 garlic Parmesan. I only received the nuggets (which my husband liked) and fries (the fries had some weird sugar seasoning on them and I’d pass on that next time) and 3 out of my four wings, but the 4 piece order was even more so wrong since non were buffalo. I spent 60 dollar plus a 5 dollar tip so I would expect that the order wouldn’t be wrong. Usually I never have any problems at the wing bucket in Dallas but this was my first time trying them in Arlington 🙁

Stopped in here for a quick lunch while we were out running errands. I opted for a “Caesar salad“ and literally what I got was lettuce and croutons. Not anywhere near a Caesar salad. But this is a wrong place so the people I was with had those… here was their opinion.
Wings: they were great!
Fried pickles: little burnt and salty
Fries: the kid liked them
Chicken nuggets: no thanks
Mac n Cheese: good
Creamed Corn: awesome!
The fan in the women’s bathroom was broken and soooo loud it was ridiculous! But at least the bathroom was clean ♀️
I guess since I got some lettuce I won’t starve, but I sure won’t be back here

Very good! I remember there being a location in Cedar Hill that was good and wanted to see if this one was the same. It did not disappoint! Quality and Quantity was on point, a wide selection of flavors, the staff was beyond friendly and even let us try samples of the cause before we ordered! Overall a place we will definitely come back to. I got the Mauh Thai fried chicken Sandwich with spicy fries, my partner got the Honey Chipotle with Garlic Parmesan fries. It was so good I forgot to take a photo when our food arrived . The sandwiches are HUGE and so are the nuggets.

Came here on Sunday. No line service was fast and friendly. I had bourbon bbq sauce turkey leg, and my friend had fried only with hot sauce. Both were delicious the fries were really fresh and good. I would eat here again.

The wings here are good; however, I do wish they sold smaller pieces of chicken(wingettes). The lemon pepper fries were really good also. The drinks just tasted like a snowcone, but they were pretty.

I recently found out about Wing Bucket through a friend and have been grateful to her ever since! I love the food, the staff, and the environment here. The staff are always friendly and helpful with any questions you might have about the menu. Everyone always wears a mask and they keep the restaurant clean and organized. The food is just amazing! It is a bit pricier but you get your money’s worth here. Take for example my chicken sandwich: it’s $12 for the combo meal but you get a giant sandwich and big, delicious fries plus a drink. I love that you can choose between seasoning or glazes on your chicken so it’s not just a basic chicken sandwich. You can do that with any chicken item on the menu. They have a nice balcony area where you can eat outside that’s really nice.
I found out there’s more locations around the DFW besides this one so I recommend hitting one up and trying their food. It won’t disappoint!

First time here and the wings are really good and big. Not your normal size wings and have several flavors. Taste the loco not tu spicy, but a good kick.

Was over charged and then told “it’s a processing fee”. No mention of this anywhere on the menu or the restaurant.
The wings were slimy and smelled off. Not crispy at all. When I attempted to send back and asked for my money back I was told “well technically I can’t refund because you ate some”. I asked how I was to know they were bad without tasting them. Out of the 5 I ordered 4.5 remained untouched.
The “manager” has a zero care level.

Placed an order at 6:53, received a text confirming my order and pick up time for 7:08. Arrived at 7:10 just because I know those times aren’t exact.
While I was waiting to let the cashier know I had a pick up order a group of 5 was placing an order and asking every question because they weren’t familiar with the restaurant.
I asked the cashier after they had placed their orders how long would mine take, she asked the cook and said 5 minutes.
I’m barely walking out with my order at 7:45 and the group that was in front of me who placed the order as I walked in all received their orders before mine.
What’s the point of an online order if it took me longer than if I would’ve just ordered as I walked in.
No music and no TVs were on so the sound was just the groups normal conversation and the beeps of the kitchen. I’m assuming they were short staffed and not upset at the cooks becoming engulfed in the situation I’m upset because it seemed that no one had any control of anything.
Adding insult to injury my food was not hot, was warm at best.
Why did I pay money for subpar food and service.
Would not recommend.

First time visiting this restaurant. Staff kinda quiet didn’t offer recommendations. Ordered a combo meal, afterwards while waiting realized there were specials on a rotating screen. Would have ordered vs what I got. Ordered 3pc jumbo wings, orange ginger. Was ok. A little pricy but ok. The tables and floors were sticky.
