I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Red Lobster last night, and it’s all thanks to our server, Cameron! From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He recommended the perfect seafood dishes that suited our tastes, checked in just the right amount without being intrusive, and even handled a small mix-up with our order swiftly and with a smile. His positive energy made the whole meal feel special. The food was delicious as always, but Cameron’s top-notch customer service truly elevated the evening. Highly recommend this location ask for Cameron if you can! 5 stars all the way!

There was no wait when we arrived at 6:30 pm on a Friday. It was a little bit sad because I can remember when this place used to be packed and have an hour wait every weekend evening. We were seated promptly, and the restaurant was about half full. My husband ordered one of the new boils and I ordered the 1 lb snow crabs. We did not have to wait particularly long for our food. Everything was good and all of the staff were nice. The crab legs were a decent size and cooked well. The broccoli was steamed to a nice texture. Things were a bit pricey, but everything is these days.

The Red Lobster on the southside of Indy is the place to host a party. Krista was wonderful working with us to book the room. We hosted my in laws 60th Anniversary Dinner for 16 people. We had a private room (no extra charge) that we could control the music and air. That is huge not to have music on especially since part of our group has hearing problems. We went in hour before to decorate. Our server Jason was great taking care of everyone’s needs. We were not rushed and got to play games and visit as well. The food tasted great and they kept the biscuits coming to the table. If you need to host an event you definitely should have it there. The room could have taken a lot more people for bigger groups. I loved that we could decorate as well. What a warm feeling room it was perfect.

We sat in the bar for our valentines dinner. We got Ashley for our server and we couldn’t have been happier. She was very polite and respectful, she also knew the menu really well which was nice. The food was fresh, our drinks were always full and of course we left with smiles on our faces. Thanks to Ashley for giving us such a pleasant experience, we will most certainly be back!

Today was the best experience I’ve had at Red Lobster, or any restaurant for a long time. Ashley was the best waitress!!! She was so cool and on top of everything. She helped us in several ways. Our 1 1/2 year old daughter was being very talkative with her. Ashley was conversing with her. It was so sweet and cute. She, and some hosting staff, were very welcoming to me, my husband and our daughter. Ashley also advised I could upgrade to a filet, with my surf and turf, which was awesome. Everything was delicious. Ashley didn’t let our drinks get too low. Also, the cheesecake was amazing!! This was the best experience! And it was also impressive to have such a wonderful experience on a busy holiday.

Great food, great place to eat just a little bet pricey. Recommended for special occasions or if you really have budget or if you don’t care about the price. But it’s worth it for the price you pay. Highly recommended.

Food was great. Hot and flavorful. Server was very friendly and attentive. Manager checked on us to ensure we were doing well. Oh and of course we love the cheddar bay biscuits more than life itself lol

The food quality is coming back up! Everything was good, but my server failed to point out my up charges so my bill was higher then expected. Be mindful of when you substitute things out. Also I felt it was very cold in the restaurant for this time of the year but they graciously turned on the heat
