Our experience with the Winter Wonderland Bubbles (Hotel Vin) was very poor. The cheese for the fondue never really got hot enough. The type of cheese used was very powdery and chalky, the presentation of the food was poor. The waitress was pleasant in demeanor but wasn’t really helpful. We only saw her as we came into the bubble, when she popped her head in to say she wouldn’t be leaving a receipt because we paid in advance and when it was time to go. I was hoping for more of an experience after spending $333. It didnt feel festive at all. It was honestly a waste of money.

We had a reservation and were seated on time. It took 35 min to get our drinks, 45 min to order and our food came out cold at 1 hr and 15 min. Our appetizer never came and they brought the bill only after asking 3 people. No napkins or silverware. It’s a great location just really poor service.
