The Colorado food scene can be dull and finding a good pizza spot is a challenge. We were pleasantly surprised to find this place while on a road trip escaping the city. The cheese is super high quality, and the pizza quality is as New York-esque as you’ll get this far from the pizza capital. We didn’t try their deep dish pizzas but I’m sure they’ll be just as great. We’ll be back!

Great pizza in a cool little place in Silverthorne. My wife and I ordered a traditional pepperoni pizza and it did not disappoint. The price is a bit high…but the pizza is very good. Highly recommended if you’re in the Silverthorne area of Colorado. 8/10

Talk about finding a great pizza in an unexpected place. Seasoning on the pizza was on point as well as a great deep dish. If you’re ever in the area, definitely stop in for a slice with a cold beer to wash it down. Highly recommend.

Tried the Peak 6 Traverse pizza at Windy City Pizza, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The dough was perfect—crispy on the outside, soft and airy inside, and packed with flavor. Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time.
I was a little concerned at first because the Coke Zero and Dr Pepper weren’t very fizzy, which was a bit of a letdown. But the beer looked fresh and bubbly, and once the pizza arrived, all was forgiven. The taste completely stole the show.
Huge shoutout to the team working there—friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. You all knocked it out of the park. I’ll definitely be back!
