THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST LITTLE CAESARS EVER. I repeated my order FOUR times to the mumbler that answered the phone, to which he got WRONG. I also said my name FOUR times, and that was gotten wrong too. He probably couldn’t hear me on the phone bc the other girl working had some many piercings in her face it must have interrupted the service. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your establishment. On 8/31/25, I placed an order for a single pizza around 1:00 p.m. and, unfortunately, had to wait nearly an hour and a half before receiving it.
During that time, I observed multiple customers—at least 11—arrive, place their orders, and receive their food within a much shorter timeframe, while my order was significantly delayed. Given that I was only waiting for one pizza, this was both frustrating and unacceptable.
Upon finally receiving my order, I requested a refund due to the excessive delay. However, I believe additional consideration is warranted. A complimentary pizza would be a reasonable gesture of goodwill and customer care, considering the circumstances.
I hope you will review this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future. I value good service and would like to continue supporting your business, but this experience has left me very dissatisfied.

Got there before closing tonight and they refused to cook what we wanted. They would only give us what was already made. Calling the manager tomorrow!

Got the extra most bestest pepperoni stuffed crust. Was told it would be about 15 to 20 mins. No problem. 10 mins later they called me over to pick up my order. Got home and my pizza looks over cooked. Brown. And hard to chew. Including the stuffed crust part.

The ONLY Little Ceasar’s I’ve ordered from that actually heated up the Crazy Sauce. All others had me cold and solid sauce but this one has my heart Sweetest people ever I don’t know their name but the girl with the cute orange hat you’re the best! Pretzel Crust is amazing.

This is one of the best upbeat lively Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. The manager and his staff was very pleasant with outstanding customer service and professionalism. The restaurant was very clean and well organized. The function of the restaurant was well put together. They handle high demands under great pressure while greeting and focusing on each customer. My best experience ever!… I recommend this location and the Sangaree location due to the friendliness of the environment and great quality hot food.

Great for a fast dinner options. We always get 2 most pep and 2 crazy bread with sauce. Way better than Dominos!!! Location easy to get to and with the buzzards it makes it more convenient. The staff is always very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!!

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes pull around and the employees came out of the back I place my order and they said it would be 10 or 15 minute wait and gave me a buzzer. Which never went off she got the pizza out of the oven I ask her why the buzzer didn’t go off she said maybe I was to far away I was sitting in my car by the drive thru window they are so rude if they don’t want to work find another job I will never visit this place again
