First order here from Windsor Pizza. Was in the area so I ordered to take home. Generously stuffed panz, I mean FULLY filled panz. A little on the small side size-wise comparatively, but not tiny, but terribly bland for my taste. If you don’t like sweet, or spicy, but LOVE just tomato flavour, this is for you. Personally, it wasn’t even close to the best panzo I’ve had in the city, not horrible, I mean I did eat it all. Just not up to my expectations in this city.

On September the 5th my coworker recommended trying Windsor pizza. I placed the order around 6pm and was told 40 minutes but they would call when ready. No problem. I received only a 30 minute lunch break with Windsor pizza about 7 minutes from my work so I left for lunch at 6:40. They didn’t call me till 7:10. 30 minutes past promised time. To top it off I get back to work and my panzerotti was not the one I ordered. Wanted a meat lovers but got a pepperoni and mushrooms. Called back cause it was not right and was told they would replace it same day. Couldn’t return same day so I was told my name would go in a book and I could get it replaced at another date. Well went today to get that replaced and now it’s only a $5 credit. So not only do they lie to there customers but they also don’t make there mistakes right.

Windsor Pizza – A family review.

We ordered a large pizza with a 2L bottle of coke. It came out to about $28.
The restaurant is take out only and the inside is very cramped. I actually had to wait outside as there were just 2 other people inside. This isn’t a big deal if it’s nice out. Wouldn’t want to do it if it was cold or storming though without a vehicle. The staff did help an elderly man carry his pizza to his car. Very nice to see.
They said the pizza would be ready in 30 minutes so i went to get gas and then got caught by a train. They called about 18 minutes in and said my pizza was ready. I got there when they originally said, about 30 minutes. The pizza box did not feel warm.

Pre taste – 8/10
Cheese – 6
Sauce – 7
Crust (he usually never eats) 4

Cheese – 7 – The cheese and sauce went perfect together. Unfortunately, it was on the cooler side.
Sauce – 8 – The sauce is very good. If it was a little warmer, i might have even gave it a 9.
Crust – 4 – The crust wasn’t very good. A little under cooked in my opinion. Texture was a little cardboard-ish.
Overall – 7 – Windsor pizza delivers excellent pizza for a pretty reasonable price. Unfortunately my pizza was a bit on the cool side due to the time mismanagement. If my pizza would have been fresh, it would have been bumped up a point across the board. I would recommend Windsor Pizza to anyone who hasn’t had it before. Even on the cold side, it was still really good. After reading some other reviews I can see how people would feel the pizza is a little soggy or undercooked. I think if Windsor Pizza can get their times more approximate, or keep the pizza hot, their pizza would be that much better. Maybe even one of the top spots in Windsor!

Every time I order from this place their prices go up every couple weeks, since the products they use have not gone up in price there is no reason for this since their pizzas haven’t gotten any better and they’re always light on the toppings. I definitely will not be ordering from them again

If you’re going to take an hour and 45 minutes to make a pizza, just don’t tell us 50 minutes and then expect us to wait in the Parked car another 55 minutes – it’s called time management.
Most people won’t even care waiting for the pizza, if you just give them an honest expectation on when to pick it up. They would just comfortably wait from home and wait to leave.

The pizza was good, classic Windsor pie. It didn’t blow me away but it was good. The service however was terrible. The pizza wasn’t ready at the pickup time and ended up taking an extra 15-20 minutes. The woman gave the most strangest and unfriendly customer service interaction I’ve ever encountered when picking up a pizza. It really felt like we inconvenienced her by ordering pizza and talking to her.

Been ordering panzo’s for 30 yrs from here, with that being said last night my wife an I ordered 2 deep fried like always. Bacon,mushroom, ham and double cheese. I cut this thing open and it was all mushroom a sprinkle of bacon and a tad of ham with no cheese. Double cheese I paid for an nothing! Under cooked garbage rip off. Absolute garbage compared to the original owners. Never again windsor pizza and you owe me 20$ in bacon hame an cheese. Thanks for the mushrooms.

My daughter ordered food yesterday n the girl who answered the phone was very rude, wen the BALD delivery driver came he was VERY RUDE also, not a way to run a business. Might need to check ur employees n tell them to b little nice to their customers or ur gonna lose business. Me personally would’ve told him to keep the pizza since u wanna b so rude.

When I heard about the history of Windsor’s world renowned authentic pizza style, I had to start with one of the OG’s in the game. Non other than Windsor Pizza. I know, I know there are many other choices. After researching the history here I realized Windsor Pizza is the perfect place to dip my toes in. I will say this, it was NOT a miscalculation. Not to greasy, fresh flavorful toppings. Galati cheese, shredded pep. Firm and fluffy crust, generous potion of bright and zesty sauce. After eating here I realize its no all talk Windsor truly has something to offer in the pizza game. 8.7 out of 10
