Despite the size of my order, service was VERY fast! I was concerned that my order would not be correct because this location now uses the AI-powered drive-through speaker boxes instead of a human on a headset, but I checked the receipt and everything appears to be correct. Steer clear if you don’t like AI, but otherwise I recommend!

Placed a mobile order at 11:30am which said it would be ready by 11:48. We got to the drive through speaker at 11:45 and was told (by the AI system) thank you and to pull ahead to the window. We wait 20 MINUTES*** in line with only 2 cars in front of us and once we got to the window the lady had a very rude attitude and say “y’all just need to park and come inside cause it’s not ready yet”. Once we waited an additional 10 minutes to get our food the order wasn’t even correct. I don’t know what’s going on at this location but it’s an ongoing issue. We didn’t even order anything crazy just a couple of biscuits and some fries. There’s no way it takes close to an hour to get fast food.

This place continues to gradually go down hill, I love bojangles but the other “good” locations are to far of a drive. One of my biggest issues is their Seasoned fries are never seasoned anymore, and I mean not even a sprinkle. Now the new AI system they have taking orders is annoying and can’t seem to understand additional requests.

Purchased lunch March 4th on a Wednesday, I had 30 minutes , baught a fish combo and I was told it would take 5 minutes to cook , ok no big deal, cook it .after waiting patiently 10-15 minutes I go too the counter and ask what’s up and the cook forgot to cook it , so my whole lunch time went to waiting for a damn sandwich I took back too work and to beat all it wasn’t the sandwich I had paid for bo-hangles better step it up if they will change enough for the food and service they give .

Horrible first experience. For starters they tried to offer serving me old hash browns on the intercom, didn’t order it. Got my order wrong after paying more at the window upsizing my meals when I attempt to address a manager approaches and rushed me out of drive thru he was extremely hostile. The employee actually told him my order and showed my receipt yet I was denied further services. The whole encounter felt racist from the conversation to the mannerisms. SMH I’m not even from out here but never again.

I must be honest this bojangles has disappointed me quite a few times , but whoever the cook was today at 730pm please give that man/woman a raise! Best chicken I have had in years!! Not extra breaded and perfectly cooked!! Thank you!

Had to come back because they put egg on my grilled chicken sandwich.

I am so disappointed with this Bojangles location. This is the second time I ordered. A 3 pcs dinner combo. The first time they shorter my meal and gave me only 2 pcs. The second time. 3 they only gave me 3 little wings. I pay for my meal so you should give me what I paid for, I’m not asking for free food. Also the dirty rice was so watery. What a frustrating day.

Great tasting VEGAN food. Great soulful taste to each prepared dish. The philly cheese rolls have become my favorite. The chick Parmesan was delicious. The lemonade is refreshingly good. I love it! I be so greedy, like I didn’t get quite enough to eat tho….LOL.
The cabbage was flavored to perfection. I really like it. The dirty rice was yummy as well. I shall return sooner than later or the order will be called in and picked up one.
