Great, chic Japanese/Thai fusion restaurant. Fish is fresh. The presentation was amazing. We didn’t have to wait long at all to receive our food. The service was impeccable. All you can eat so bring your appetite but trust me you won’t be disappointed. One of the nicest places I’ve been in the Buffalo area. Looks like it should be in NYC. Definitely will be back again, and again, and again.

Although I really wanted to love this experience, I have to say it was just okay.

Super cool resturant. Didn’t realize when going in that it was an all you can eat; however, they also have regular meals as well. Service is super fast, most of the items only take a few minutes and come out hot and fresh. In addition to the regular servers they also have several robot servers that are fun. Had a great time and great food. The staff was extremely friendly as well.

Entering the restaurant one immediately feels at ease with the beautiful open partition walls and wonderful theme decorations upon each shelf. The hostess confirmed our reservation and immediately sat us, the waitress quickly came and explained a menu vs. eat all you can tablet for ordering. She explained some of our order would be delivered by robot, “Blue light shelf is your food, don’t take from other shelves.” We were encouraged to order from the all you can eat tablet, “It will cost about the same as ordering from the print menu but you’ll get to try more dishes and you can eat as much as you want.” Take note: If there’s a possibility you won’t like an item and might not eat most of it because of that, don’t order it; because they prefer you don’t waste food and rightly so. The all you can eat items delivered quite quickly. There was a sense of feeling rushed to take the dishes as soon as it was announced what each dish was. Every dish was well-presented and looked and tasted good. A bit pricey but worth the experience.

Wow! This was a great experience. I was a bit leary about going because of some of the reviews. We did the all you can eat and ordered a togo order as well. The host and servers were very knowledgeable. We were sat and handed our tablet to order our food. It was nice to pick what we wanted and how much. Bella bot and her fellow bot served us as well as the staff. When the food was delivered our order light lit up. It wasn’t hard to navigate the system. We ordered about 35 things and spent about an 1 1/2 hours at the restaurant. The food was so good. Came out quickly. We were in a food coma when we were done. I think the price is right for the amount of food and atmosphere you get. $31 for lunch and $41 for dinner. Drinks are not included in the price.

I’ve visited the Canadian location several times with friends and this new location is just as good. I’m glad I get to experience top notch service, food and ambiance closer to home without having to cross the border. Would highly recommend.

I think given time to work out all of the chaos of what seems to be happening this place will be great, but right now it’s just pretty ok. My husband and I made reservations for a Saturday evening.

We had the most enjoyable time at this restaurant. The food and service were outstanding. With so many restaurants lacking staff these days, it was wonderful to see people working and serving to please. The true care and concern for everyone’s experience by the CEO and his attention to detail was something I don’t believe I’ve ever experienced before. Our waitress was at our table regularly. The quality and presentation of the food was superb. Everything was great … a memorable experience!

The restaurant is beautiful and well decorated, and the robot servers are a great novelty for the first few times, but once the room is full, it’s noisy and service becomes less attentive. The food is average in taste and presentation but does come out quickly. It’s is all you can eat and expensive for a group of adults.

Glad they opened up a spot in Buffalo. We had a table booked for their first opening, overall the front service was excellent but the food and kitchen left a lot to be desired. The second half of our order didn’t come out. The manager was kind enough to go check on our missing orders but never got back to us. Eventually we just forked the bill and left. We were billed 140 dinner for 2. Not sure how that adds up but we look forward to improvements in our next visit.
