Huge improvement since the last time I ordered. They’ve got all new chefs and it really shows the food is excellent now.
Everything tasted fresh, flavours were spot on, and the quality has gone up massively. Properly cooked curries, great balance of spice, and generous portions. You can tell there’s real care and consistency behind it now.
If you’d tried Winchester Curry House before and weren’t convinced, it’s absolutely worth another go. It’s on a completely different level these days and easily one of the better curry takeaways around Kings Worthy / Winchester.
Will definitely be ordering again.

Not only is the food absolutely amazing, but the staff are the nicest people around! We’ve had a takeaway from here a few times now and it’s the best, and best value, curry house in Winchester. Thoroughly recommended: do try the specials. They also catered a big District Cub Camp adult meal for us, and it was perfect – exactly what you need to reward 40 hungry volunteers, and excellent value!

Ordered through Uber Eats at 17.30 with expected delivery between 17.50-18.10. Now at 18.57, I have still not received my order after several phonecalls made to them, telling me that my order is on its way. They’re now ignoring my calls and there is no way to request a refund from Uber Eats either which isn’t helpful! Avoid if using through 3rd party – perhaps they’re better when directly used.
