Good service, accommodating and quick but bad food, the chicken has a weird, cheap flavor, dry texture and the egg roll was not fresh, tasted like it had been sitting, will not be returning, place interior could be better looking things are stacked and it make a bad impression of food storage and prepped which is a reflection of the food taste, yuck, I had to add sauce and did not could not finish for $13 combo smaller portion, I tried this place repeatedly over years, not good food, this is final unfortunately

Wish there was lower than one star. My family and I have been ordering Winterwalk for several years and all have always been happy with the outcome of our orders. However, tonight we had a late night order parentheses 8:45 PM and I had ordered sweet-and-sour chicken, and an order of coconut shrimp for my son. When it arrived, the white rice and sweet-and-sour chicken was fine, however, the coconut shrimp was absolutely horrendous. There is nowhere on their website that says their coconut shrimp contains mayonnaise or egg. In fact, the picture shows a beautifully glazed shrimp with coconut. What we received was fried shrimp, mixed in about a cup of mayonnaise, pure mayonnaise. There was no coconut whatsoever to be seen. luckily I had tasted this before my son who has an allergy to eggs. This shrimp was smothered in what can only be described as McDonald’s mayonnaise how upsetting for a restaurant that we considered wonderful for the last several years to have such a downfall. Never again. Gross. Don’t do it , even for the convenience.

Ordered the Mongolian beef but got Mongolian onion. 16 bucks for a whole onion and about 7 pieces of beef. I’ve seen more beef at a tofu buffet. Order elsewhere for decent Chinese food.
