On my second day in jackson I decided to see what Wilson’s was all about. I read the reviews. I’ve had real Chicago pizza and it was okay. Wasn’t crazy good. So I wanted to see what this little place could do for me. I arrived at opening. And was greeted by a nice gentleman. I ordered a deep dish with pepperoni. Please not if your not willing to wait the 1 hour for this perfect pie dont bother showing up. I was ready to wait. And was excited. I ordered garlic nots and a deep dish. The garlic nots where amazing. The sauce it came with was sweet and tasty. Plenty of garlic sauce. The time had come for the pizza to hit the table. And it did. Hot. Crispy edges. Perfectly crafted and cooked. The ratios of cheese to sauce and bread where perfection. Never has a deep dish made me so happy. This was a 12/10. And im very hard on pizza. The butter crust and crispy edges where amazing. The sauce was robust and a little sweet and chunky. The pepperoni was fantastic and the cheese was perfect. Not too much at all. For me this was the best deep dish pizza I’ve ever had. Overall. It was a great small town charm pizza shop. And the two guys working did a great job.

Wilson’s Pizza is a must have when in Jackson Hole or the area. The deep dishes take 45 min so order ahead BUT they are so worth it! We got the Chicago deep dish and must say no other pizza compares. I feel my blood becoming more Italian after eating it. The deep dishes are very filling. We got the garlic knots before the main meal and the two together filled us up with over half the pizza to take as leftovers. I must highlight the garlic knots too, definitely get cheese on them! Oh my they are delicious. Like the deep dish none other version can compare. We ate the left overs the following day after skiing, cold and not reheated and it was still scrumdiddlyumptious! Even the ranch they give is better than normal ranch.
The employees are very laidback and friendly.
The building is small and seating is limited but don’t let that stop you from eating the most amazing pizza I’ve ever had (might I add I’ve lived in the east coast and this place still tops any pizza I’ve had over there!) so Gosh Dang Good!!!

How did Chicago get mountain views? What an amazing gem hidden back in the woods. Real Chicago style butter crust deep dish pizza. And they nailed it. Combine that with a great staff and great vibe and this little shack can sling ‘za with anyone. Well worth the hour cook time. And we didn’t even get a chance to try the traditional Chicago roast beef.

Ordered the Old Chicago deep dish & it was 9.5/10. FYI: I rarely give out a 9.
Sauce was great.
But that buttery crust…holy crap.
Be warned, if you’re going to order a deep dish it takes about 45 minutes to pull that off. So plan ahead. I was not in a hurry, so no problem.
Not much sitting space in there, & it gets warm with the ovens going…so plan on this when you arrive. Pizza dude was kind & told to sit on the porch to eat.
We watched a lot of take out orders come & go. Seems smart if you’re in Miller. We had a long drive, so eating in was our only choice.
Nice going Miller…I was NOT disappointed in my food.
For the rest of you still reading…treat yourself & get a pizza here.

Absolutely delicious. We wanted to get outside Jackson to eat and my husband found this little pizza place. We ordered the Chicago deep dish and it was so good. We have had deep dish in Chicago before and this was spot on. The guys working were super nice and welcoming. This is the best pizza in the area.

I highly recommend the deep-dish pizza here! It takes about 40 minutes, but the wait is completely worth it. This was my first time trying Chicago-style deep dish, and it did not disappoint. The cheese and all the ingredients were top-notch, making for an incredibly delicious pizza. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The pizzas on the menu were amazing. You can make your own, but I trusted the chef and I’m not sure I’ve had a better pie in a decade. Seating is limited as are the hours, but worth the effort.

Everything about this place is awesome. Very small but full of great atmosphere. The service was great and laid back. Don’t let the outside fool you, this is the best pizza we have had in a long time. We travel all over the country and pizza is one of our go too’s. We have a thin crust with onion, pineapple, and ham. Three Caesar Salads that were very good. You could smell the fresh garlic they use on the pizza and it was great tasting. Do not miss the opportunity to get a pizza from here.
