My co-worker raved so much about this place, I drove from Middletown to check it out. Wilson’s market don’t stay open all day long. The stores hours are open from 7-3 P.M. on Mon-Fri. 8- 2 P.M. on Sat., and closed on Sun. Their bread is fresh, and is very soft. The Monster sandwich which consist of Ham, Sausage, Bacon, & Egg is a combination I’m willing to eat from now on. Loved it! Their Turkey Ranch Signature sandwich is also very good. I can’t say they have the best sandwiches, but they are fresh, and very good.

Wilson’s German Deli, with homemade salad bar and Boar’s Head cold cuts. Pastrami is perfect cut and moisture, salads with Hellmans Mayo. Vegan also served here. Call early closes at 3pm. Top Notch service, other items for sale also.

I ordered the shrimp quesadilla with caramelized onions and peppers, the taste was outstanding! The onions and peppers, even though caramelized were crisp and fresh the shrimp perfectly cooked, not over, not under, but just right. If you get into Ellenville,NY, stop in and say hello to Tom and Ernie. And get a great deli meal. They can cook it on their big flat grill or use cold cuts. They have hot coffee and cold drinks. And good conversation, too. Be kind and get kindness. A local favorite neighborhood deli and grill. Limited seating, no public restroom. So use a restroom before you come here. And if you need to wash your hands, bring wet wipes and/or hand wash products (like a wet wash cloth in a zip lock bag). Great little deli and grill.
