We were in town sadly for a funeral. Over the years loss has been hard.. but wow! Stopped in here for breakfast and it was exactly the way my mom and grandma would have made it. This place is authentic KY food made with love. I love that it’s in a made by hand, in front of you, from a converted home. Also the prices are the cheapest I’ve ever seen, she truly could charge more. Loved it that much! Whenever we pass back through will stop here! Thank you!

We stopped by this restaurant because we always love to give the local businesses a chance. Thought it would be good, everything we tried to order was not available, so we settled for steak dinners and the only vegetables they had available was a baked potato on the side. We waited an hour for her to bring our drinks, and the place was infested with cock roaches and we saw a rat in the bathroom that also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. The kitchen was pure filthy with nasty dishes setting at some of the boothes, maggots in the sink, fridge totally discusting, honestly I don’t see how the health department hasn’t shut this place down. I’m easy to please usually but I’ve never been in an establishment as nasty as this. 0/10 stars for me, nothing good about it

If your disabled do not go – One entrance has steps and so narrow to get up and no railing – the other way in with a ramp is cluttered with debris and glass door is all cracked – Most importantly DO NOT use any kind of debit OR credit card if you do you will be sorry. If you are still brave enough to eat there pay in CASH!

Loved this small town restaurant. Meeting the owner is one of the best ways to start your Sunday morning. Wilma is a sweet, down home cooking, lady that was very welcoming to all 6 of us travels.

We stumbled upon this place by mistake while visiting Kentucky. The place was disgusting..There were roaches crawling on the floor and clothes piled up in the corner. The bathroom was nasty and the stove and refrigerator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. One table had dirty dishes setting on it that appeared to have been left for weeks. I would Never recommend this place. The health department needs to shut it down.

Oh my goodness. This place actually made me tear up and brought chills to me because it was just like sitting in my mawmaws kitchen when I was growing up eating breakfast. This lady is a hidden gem!! You want good southern home cooking, definitely go here for Saturday breakfast buffet!! Taste like your Granny’s food and has that sitting in the kitchen feeling back in the old days!! I love it!!

Stumbled upon this gem when passing through. Do yourself a favor and go in to see Ms Wilma! Hands down the best meal I’ve eaten in years! The breakfast buffet reminded me of the breakfasts that my daddy used to make.

Just no. We tried to eat here 2 days ago. We love to support local when in new areas so we were excited to go support this place, but this is a hard no. Roaches everywhere, even on the radio she turns on. The kitchen is not a commercial kitchen and had so much trash and dirty dishes piled up despite not being busy that we can see why the roaches liked it so much. When our drinks came out and one was in my sister’s Mt Dew cup and inside her straw, we left without eating. The health department seriously needs to do something about this one.
