Willy’s does great burgers and shoestring fries as well as good fried cheese-curds. We stopped in to get a few drinks on a rainy afternoon, they are located inside the tap-room. The food is counter service but the taproom has a large indoor and outdoor self-seating. These are a thinner style “smash” burger with the crispy edges. The grilled onion burgers were amazing and crispy but still juicy. They have a variety of toppings you can get on the fries and the Parmesan garlic we got was good and perfect for sharing. Can’t wait to go back!

In the past would have given 5 stars for the best burger and fries in the area, but its definitely gone downhill. Fries were still delicious but we ordered the jalapeno and charred onion burger and they were just okay. Neither burger was a smash burger instead they were thick, dry and over cooked. Also the charred onion burger was supposed to come with grilled onions and was instead piled high with battered fried onions (?). Very disappointing.
