Incredibly fresh and delicious sushi! Our favorites were their Mr. Crab roll and spicy tuna crispy rice. Rainbow roll and their mixed tempura were also solid choices.
Our server was excellent and very attentive and the ambiance was modern and quiet. We will definitely be coming back again!

Best meal we’ve had in a long time! We ordered two of the hot dishes- Chilean sea bass, and the black cod. The sea bass comes on a bed of shisheto green peppers and mushrooms. The black cod is served over a mushroom sauce. Seabutter serves nice and generous pieces of fish! Yum yum, we’ll back just because of this . Perfectly cooked, not overdone not under done. It’s difficult to do with fish, but Seabutter did it with both fish dishes.
We also had veggie tempura, avocado cut roll, and rice. The tempura was quickly made, and quickly served.
We were expertly hosted by Alberto. He has deep knowledge about the items on the menu. Thanks Alberto!

Got takeout sushi from Seabutter and it was fresh, thoughtful, and absolutely delightful. Everything was packaged so well — no leaks, no sogginess, just perfect textures. The garlic edamame was a great start, the rice under the Spicy Tina still had an amazing crisp, and the citrus on the Sunset Roll was otherworldly (I happily saved the extra citrus sauce).
Only downside was parking — nearby lots are pay-only, which is a bummer for a quick pickup. That said, I’d absolutely love to come back and try more of the menu.

They have Uni- Shooter!!! What a rare treat. It was so delicious, bold, round, and perfectly well-balanced. I wish I could have one everyday 🙂 My server Steven was very kind, helpful, and gave a warmness to the already calm atmosphere. I got the 4-Hand-roll. Nori was crunchy, made fresh to order, and the sushi was very clean, delicate, and fresh. My sushi chef was kind and diligent:) The atmosphere was wonderful and the lighting was just right! The sushi at this spot was absolutely fantastic! Our waitress was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to choose our preferred table and going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The food arrived promptly, and the sashimi platter featured seven different types of fish. I especially enjoyed the refreshing sunset roll, which was a delightful combination of yellowtail and spicy tuna filling.

Guys ! Seabutter did it again! Another beautiful location. I dined with them last night and I have to say I couldn’t be more impressed. Service was amazing and OH MY GOD the food was to die for . Fresh fish, with some new dishes and don’t even get me started on the uni. I extremely love uni but it’s always so hard to find a place that serves good uni. So it’s safe to say seabutter is the only place I eat uni at. The whole staff is so loving and welcoming ! Highly recommend their new location if this one is closer to you.
