Great experience at this location! The service was fast and super attentive from start to finish. It was my first time trying a dish other than the burritos, and the Willy’s Taco Salad was so delicious. They have a lot of items on the menu that I’d love to try next time!

What an absolutely terrible experience. The staff is absolutely miserable, the place is trashed. Just dirty trash on the floor. Food mediocre to just okay. If you don’t believe anything you’re reading here look at the health department food rating THEY SCORED AN 84 ! ! Unfortunately, I saw this after we attempted to eat but eventually through most of our food away. This is a terribly low score in consumers beware that not much lower and they would shut them down. Please avoid this place it’s terrible. These pictures were taken at 6:30 on a Saturday night which is generally a popular time for people to dine. I guess it’s empty for a reason.

I had an excellent experience at Willy’s Mexican Grill on Barrett Parkway! I ordered the Frito Burrito with chips and queso, and everything tasted incredibly fresh and delicious.
The assistant manager (his name tag said Pancake) really stood out. He was so helpful with all of my questions and requests, and I noticed he was everywhere supporting his team throughout the visit. As a General Manager myself in the restaurant industry, I can truly appreciate that kind of leadership and hands-on involvement.
You have a tremendous manager on staff, and did a fantastic job. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It looked as though 3 very young men were running this restaurant. The restaurant didn’t seem very clean with cleaning supplies everywhere. The back door was propped open, and I do not know how safe that is. I explained about my gluten intolerance. My husband had to tell the young man to finish mine before he touched his gluten items. I did feel nausea for the next 5 hours. Willy’s is my husband’s favorite restaurant, but I have to say I was disappointed.

Okay so normally I have ZERO complaints. This is one of my favorites but today, not so much. My food was delivered ice cold and not only that my take steak was NOT fresh and my ‘Create a Bowl’ was more like someone else’s creation instead of what I ordered. This order was delivered in a timely fashion and normally I order via Uber Eats for this store but today I chose to order direct from their site, maybe that was the mistake that cost me but none the less, I will eat this mess bc I have no alternative at the moment; at work on my LB 🙁 Oh and my bowl barely had anything in it.

I’ve been to this Willy’s a couple of times and have had a good experience every time. Always have good food for what it’s worth albeit a little pricey. Now the service is okay, you’re still gonna get your food how you want it, it’s just nothing spectacular. Lots of people were dining around the time I went for dinner. The place was pretty well kept and has a nice environment. It’s definitely a nice place to eat some dinner with friends and family. Gotta love their burritos.

I’m pretty loyal to Willy’s but this location is a bust.
The girl at the register was friendly, but the men that were working this day are shockingly rude, and I remember them being kinda rude from last time too. No one here seems to like working here. Oldhead at the front door was frowny and wouldn’t look at me the whole time I ordered.

I order from here a lot and love the stuff they have. There was a woman working in the cold ingredients area who was only wearing one glove and was touching food with only one glove on. I will go to the Chastain location from now on. I suggest others do the same. Employees having unsafe practices is extremely ignorant.

This is THE spot to go get lunch. I come atleast twice a week and everyone behind the counter is super chill and does it right everytime. SPECIFICALLY that man Ariel he has always taken care of a brother when I need something. Really great people and really great food 100% would recommend this place to anybody
