The whole team needs retraining, I had to repeat my code twice had specific instructions on my food that a chikd cpukd do I mean how hard is to not put lettuce on a wrap and put thw ranch that comes on the wrap or out cheese on a mcchicken only? That’s what I asked for anyways got my food my husband’s wraps were so dry he could barely chew it and ir had no ranch on either of them, I had the chicken and I only wanted cheese and god forbid I had so much mayo u couldn’t hold it not counting no cheese and the bun was burnt, like who trains these people for the money I paid for this food you would think that someone in management coukd train better than this or at least hire someone that actually can do the job, never will I eat at that McDonald’s again ridiculous on the service and food not worth a penny .

Sadly your cooks need more training. I ordered a McRibb tonight. When I got home I opened the box no bread on the top. Then went to get my fries and the top bun had been dropped in the bag. Very messy. Very unacceptable.

Everyone loves McDonald’s, I mean for real! Been enjoying their food since I was a child. Great food, fast and easy to get. My family and I eat at Mickey D’s at least twice a week!

Well the hardest worker I think that is there that not many appreciate is Mikey he’s the even manager and he will do everything he can to please a customer he’s 1 that most of the people blame him for what they do and Mikey takes it so they don’t get in trouble but for me real he’s a pleasure to see t the window or counter helping customers and caring about them and actually paying attention to them with respect and care

Was sick for 4 days idk if it was good poisoning or just a coincidence, but I will never eat here again. And I just mean this specific location, never had these problems at any other of the franchise locations. Don’t want to give all McDonald’s a bad name when it’s only one outta the bunch.

When I paid at the drive through the boy maybe 20 years old asked me if I wanted change. My order was just over $9 and I gave him a 20 dollar bill. I told him of course I wanted my $11 change. He must have thought I was stupid! How dare your employees ask for money that they can pocket for themselves!
