Willy’s reminds me of an old friend, you know the kind. The kind that is easy to talk to even when there has been a gap in time for any number of reasons. Willy’s, (at least the one in Chaska) is overall very consistent with a clean restaurant/bathrooms, a friendly well trained staff, a reasonable if not economical value for the money, and the food has been consistently good and fresh on my dozens of visits over the last several years. I think they have a strong resume for a well established restaurant that continues to perform. It seems like when most restaurants/local chains to slide into complacency and maintain the standards that got them to that point in the first place.

The food was fresh and prepared well. The salmon wasa bit hard and too thin, but it did have good flavor. The burritos were very good. However, I asked for no sauce on the tacos because I can’t have spicy food but they forgot. The wonton were amazing!❤️

This place was amazing. I parked my bus and went for lunch on Saturday (12/20/25) to be honest I went in to Willy McCoys to see if any Hatfields hang in there. My waitress Nikki assured me none of that fueding went inside . Really tho went to try their burgers and Nikki who was my waitress did recommend a good burger, but I went with the Willy Burger, which where 2 thin patties just like Nikki said. It was a great great burger. Really now 2 thin patties that were juicy and good. WHAT???? Yes it was an amazing good burger. Also Nikki was great. She kept up with refill water and soda, which to me is a big deal. She mentioned how good the burgers where their and no disappointment here they were good and the service was great. I plan on going back when I’m in town again. Definitely marking this on my maps.

Felt a little hungry, so I stopped in at the early dinner hour. We were greeted warmly and promptly. Had the distinct privilege of meeting Isabel, a new addition to Willy McCoys. She was courteous and respectful, and showed a real enthusiasm for being there. I highly recommend the Blue Cow sandwich. Rich with flavors of blue cheese and savory beef roast, this sandwich will certainly fill your appetite. This foodie will be back. Thanks you guys!

Normally have pretty good service and pretty good food here but at 1:48 today I sat at the bar for about ten minutes with no acknowledgement. The bar rail had about 15 people at it and the bartender chatted with friends at a table near by and ate her food. No server covered for her and no manager in site.. very disappointing..
Edit: had great service and amazing food tonight(next day). Glad to be back on board. Still think yesterday should be taken into consideration but back a happy customer

Definitely found our new go to place. The service is excellent and the food is always a wonderful surprise. The decor is old tavern style and the food is an eclectic range of different flavors from the amazing carrot cake to the appetizer selection. I can’t wait to return for another round of different dishes.

Stopped at Willy McCoys in Chaska and had great experience. Sat at the bar for a couple apps and a drink and everything was perfect. Lauren did a fantastic job – super friendly, attentive, and made it an enjoyable stop. Will be back!

Very good food and friendly service, finally a place that makes good mashed potatoes without trying to make them into something that is so overdone that they aren’t just mashed potatoes anymore. Thank you for the great meal. The only things that I can think of that would make this place better is if the kids could the Mac and cheese that kids like… You know the ones… Don’t tell me you don’t… Anyway, moving on. Even though I appreciate the kids getting a real breaded chicken breast for chicken strips this is not something that will keep my kids happy for an entire meal, but at least I get to enjoy them later while my kid is saying she is hungry immediately after getting home. The kids cheeseburger however was very well received and I tested it too, very good! My wife got the chicken bacon ranch wrap and she said the wrapper wasn’t great but otherwise it was good. I do have to say again the service was fast and great, will definitely be coming back.

The walleye was pleasantly surprisingly good! Sometimes fish at a bar isn’t too good. Drinks were good. Seating not so good! The hostess seated the mom and her friends up on the other side of us and her small kids on the table behind us and she spent our meal shouting over us to her kids and passing a cell phone back and forth. Not sure why they were seated that way because there were other areas open? Pretty annoying.

Such an amazingly live place and wonderful experience.
Everything was surprisingly good, smooth service, the food was amazing all around.
I ordered the top sirloin steak and was pleasantly surprised when it rolled out with all the spices and oven roasted potatoes, all perfect. To top that, I had It medium rare, as one should with steak… and it was P e r f e c t.
My partner ordered the Hawaiian cheese curd , and it came with a tremendously good spicy sauce.
For drinks we had the Crown Apple Jack cocktail which was a really peculiar but well blended mix , very refreshing !!
All in all, a very nice place with good people. 10/10
