I went here yesterday to order in and quickly discovered there was no heat. Mind you is 6° outside. When I mentioned it to the manager, she said the heat went out over the weekend and what about her business like it wasn’t a big deal. Went there to get a shake. Shake machine down. Okay that’s fine, I will just get a frappe then. Frappe machine down, can I get a hot chocolate then? Yes please pull around. Sat in line for 10-15 minutes. Gets to window and told, “We are out of hot chocolate. Do you want anything else?” So I went to Arby’s next door and got a wonderful shake.

My friends and I went here for food. We got there ordered our food and it took 45 MINUTES. All of our orders were wrong. We asked for a bacon quarter pounder with no onions. WE GOT NO BACON AND EXTRA ONIONS! I ordered a 5$ meal, they FORGOT my nuggets. we also got a cheeseburger but they gave us NO CHEESE?! its called CHEESEburger for a reason. i definitely don’t recommend coming to this mcdonald’s. I wasted 50 minutes of my time at a place that had horrible food and quickness. It took more time for my food then to write this and take a photo.

This location went significantly downhill and I can only assume it’s poor management. My review is drive-thru only. Long lines and wait time. One time they parked about 4 cars including myself and FORGOT US! We waited 10+ minutes assuming that they must be dropping fresh fries n nuggets but NOPE. This most recent time I went, the girl at window gave me wrong bag. I gave it back and as I’m telling her what my order is, she cuts me off n slams the window shut. Just to bring me another wrong order! At this point it’s infuriating bc had she attempt to listen it wouldn’t have happened. Whole drive thru is a mess just avoid it.

This place is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too. They didn’t have any napkins. Gave the wrong dipping sauces and made the entire order wrong. the fries were barley cooked still raw potatoes.

The food and the service were both good, but the atmosphere is where they lose stars from me.
There were 3 kids there, the manager gave them some free fries, I am not 100% sure why but I think it was because he might have thought they had not had anything to eat that day, because of the way they talked about being hungry. Either way I believe he was trying to do a good thing. Unfortunately the kids took advantage of his generosity. They were talking and playing around in the dinning room so bad they made it impossible for me to enjoy my dinner.
And the employees did nothing at, first to make them at least quiet them down.

If you don’t like your job than you quit.. the lady Vivian at the window is so rude and very unprofessional. I frequent this McDonald’s a lot and will now be going elsewhere. Also ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and they do this lol. It’s burnt and it’s sausage smh … the girl Vivian ran to the back after I left the first window I’m sure this was done on purpose so sad

Every time I come to this McDonald’s they have you pull off to the side and wait 45 minutes for your, what supposed to be, fast food. As such we get cold fries and cheeseburgers. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Ordered delivery. Ordered a double cheeseburger meal with no American cheese and a big Mac meal. The double burger was missing so I paid $17 for a milkshake and fries. When I called the store the girl she told me to come and get it. The purpose of getting it delivered was I DON’T HAVE A CAR!!!!! NEVER GOT THE SANDWICH OR MONEY REFUNDED
