We ordered appetizers and drinks with our order. Our drinks and appetizers were brought to our table. We finished our appetizers and waited over an hour for our meal. The host came and asked if we wanted our check. We told him that we never got our meal and had had been over an hour since our order was taken. They finally brought our meal as we asked for the check to leave. They asked if we wanted “to go” boxes for our meal. They charged us half price on our check as a comp for our wait. Will we every go again? THAT IS A FIRM NO!

Tonight when me and my fiance stopped by when driving through the town on long trip, they did have a few really good food, a couple of food that wasn’t that good.. one of them, I couldn’t eat even 1/4 of the plate, but the sweet server took really good care of us and even offered to replace that plate with something else, I denied because we had to go shortly. They do have other really good food though, so I was happy with this service. I give this 5 stars because they does really take time to make sure we are satisfied and very friendly. ☺️ beautiful environment there!! Very spacious, it’s good for family to stop by. Seriously, check it out.

Stopped on my way through to colorado. I and my girlfriend were quickly seated, and waited on for drinks. The waitress was pleasant and attentive to our needs. We promptly was able to order our food and wine, when we were ready. The food looked and tasted amazing and the price matched well to the quality of the food.only small complaint was ordered my steak medium, and got medium well but was able to live with it .

We had a party of nearly 30 people! Food was excellent! They set us up in a party room that had plenty of space for us. Before our arrival they had water at every seat. Plus had a table in the corner of the room with coffee and iced tea! We ordered drinks and everything was done great! High Five!

My siblings and I ate at the Willows for our anniversary’s. I ordered the burnt ends – they were fabulous. Large portion (probably should have taken a to-go box) and quality was great too.

My family came here for mothers day and so they were understandably pretty busy. But we had a reservation for 12:00 noon and when we got here, we saw that someone had sat a different family down at our table. The family there had also just started eating and so we had to wait for them to finish or for a different table to become available. I might change my review of this place once I finally get to eat but the food would have to be pretty good to do it.
Update: I am changing my review to a one star. After we finally got to sit after 15 minutes of waiting, it took them an hour to get our food to us The prices are absolutely ridiculous. My sister ordered apple juice and a then refill later. The juice came in a tiny cup and the refill cost just as much as the first cup. $4 for 8 oz of Apple juice is absurd. I ordered the brisket and recieved a plate of roast beef- another $15. I will not be coming back.

First, the meals were mediocre at best, but we didn’t let that ruin our evening. Then the whole experienced turned for the worst when we brought attention to two discrepancies on the check and menu. Without any apology, the manager shared that the menus were old, not our fault, and that despite a side being listed with all the other sides there was an upcharge on the one we ordered. Again, not the fault of the restaurant goer. The check was then brought back with only one of the two mistakes corrected and when asked about the 2nd unaddressed edit the manager scoffed and said “whatever” as he rudely walked away. We were in absolute disbelief. I have never, in all my life, had a manager handle a situation so poorly, especially not something that felt pretty straight forward.

Honestly, my hopes were high, but we were quickly disappointed. We were sat quickly, but waited and waited for the waitress to come get our drink order. Our appetizer (cheese balls) came out before I drinks did, then our waitress took a quick break from her chat sesh to come get our order, which came out rather quickly (ribeyes) she checked on us periodically for about 2 minutes, then vanished. Various waitresses stopped by to refill or check on us, then when we finished, nobody came by, I had to ask for our check. Only to look over towards the bar to see our waitress and her friends just chilling on a laptop. So, unfortunately we will be taking our $60 to another restaurant next time.
