This is one of those places I feel lucky to have in Eugene. It’s so nice that all their pizzas can be made vegan, and they are so delicious! They’ve got fresh tasting ingredients, excellent house made sauces, unique combinations, and consistent quality. The guy who runs it is super nice too. Great for takeaway, or go have your pizza at Oakshire or 255 Madison depending on which vibe/beverage options you are feeling. Highly recommend.

Do not go for vegan options – Food truck operator himself told me it was “bland” and did his very best to make sure I didn’t order a vegan cheese pizza.
He said it wasn’t actually cheese pizza and is a vegan “topping”…whatever that means.
I went already hungry and ready to eat there because they advertise vegan and vegetarian a lot on their pages. Took me a while to figure out what to order to make it vegan (the vegan note is the top of the menu under a string of lights and unable to be seen unless you’re fully under the overhang. I thought “3.50 for a slice…NOT BAD!” But then he proceeded to undersell the product so much I just left hungry and didn’t bother ordering.
The bar across the street was blasting music so loud that it was hard to hear and talk.
Cute space tho and everyone has told me the non vegan pizza is great.
Edit after comment from owner: Thankfully my friend was present so the word bland being used was confirmed. If you want to change it to “boring” we can do that – but it’s on the menu. I’m sorry you regret underselling your product.

Great pizza great price! I love the unique flavor combos that this place has! My only critique, please get some of those buzzers that guests can take while they wait for their food, or get a text-when-your-order-is-ready system set up! Sometimes I decide against grabbing pizza from here literally only because I have to stand right near the truck and wait for my order to be called out rather than being able to take a buzzer back to my table like all the other trucks at Oakshire have. Especially since this truck is a little further away from the main Oakshire area than the rest of them. Getting some of those set up would make me eat here way more often!!

Keyword Artisan, if you’re wanting american pizza-chain type crud you’re not gonna like this. Hands down the best vegan pizza in Eugene, and in the westcoast’s top 5.
The vegan base is epic, JUST GET IT! If you want cow cheese get it as a topping not the base. It’s a creamy garlic white sauce that just happens to be vegan and it comes with a free topping (spinach) below the sauce.
Every person I’ve ever met that has tried both bases prefers the vegan. Be warned, you’re gonna wanna use a fork and knife with the vegan pies in order to get the proper culinary experience.
Must try toppings include: the amazing and uniquely prepared Marinated Eggplant, the Spicy Baked Tofu (perfect texture, not spicy, marinated in sweet chilli sauce), and the freshly made Pesto.

Sadly I didn’t enjoy this pizza. We tried 4 different varieties, two of them made vegan. The vegan topping was disappointing and comes on top of a bunch of spinach which I thought was strange. The spinach dominated any other flavor and made the pizza very bland. I couldn’t tell if the vegan topping had any flavor on it’s own. The toppings on all the pizzas were lacking for me. If the crust was outstanding this wouldn’t have mattered as much to me but the crust was starchy and flavorless. The pizzas were very big but also had a matching price tag. The guy working there was SUPER friendly and helpful though so I gave three stars.
