We were just looking for drinks with some live music and came across this little gem searching online.
Our Uber driver had no idea it was tucked into union station, that’s a shame because this little spot is charming.
We entered and were greeted warmly and as we had no reservations seated at the back of the bar with a great view to survey the room. We were treated to well made cocktails by the lovely wait staff where we could sit back and enjoy the combo performing.
Cozy with brick walls, subdued lighting and high back seating…what a neat little spot.

Hidden gem that we were so happy to find in Portland, right next to the train station. The live jazz was gorgeous, the singer mixing in French was an added delight. The food was absolutely outstanding, highly recommend tableside service items like the Caesar for 2 and Steak Diane. You get yummy food and great conversation with the chef! We sat in the bar and found it to be intimate and fun. Bartender and servers were all wonderful.

Visited here last Wednesday to see our friend singing. You need to order at least $20 worth of food. Also, you gotta pay for the cover charge $12. No food splits etc… The most demanding restaurant I’ve ever been to. None of the employees were smiling. I didn’t feel welcome from the moment I walked in (my friend said the same thing later.) I’m not going to list everything here, but too bad their customer service wasn’t good because I liked the atmosphere a lot.

First time yesterday. Very memorable & enjoyable experience. Great vibe / cool ambience, nice Christmas decor, attentive but not annoying service. Since it was my dinner party’s first time at Wilf’s, we decided to order multiple appetizers and share. They gave us small plates and, as we requested, were able to stage the deliver of dishes into 2 rounds. Really enjoyed my Limoncello Drop drink. The Crab Bisque, Coconut Prawns, & Sautéed Mushrooms were amazing. The Caesar Salad & Steak Bites Sautéed were very good as well. For dessert we had the Banana Foster which was a great ending to our meal. For this you get table side service. Fun to watch the bananas get cooked in brandy. As for the entertainment, thoroughly enjoyed the jazz band. We look forward to coming again. Next time we will reserve for a booth. High recommend y’all give this place a try.

I wish I could rate this place a 4.95 for how great everything is. Everyone from the moment I walked in…blown away. This place has made it at the top of the date and dining alone list. From the moment you walk in it feels like you have been transported back to the early 90’s and that’s just on entering. Service is as good as it gets, made it to my personal top 5 list of Excellent service list.
The food…was exceptional. It made me very nostalgic and with little words.

My husband got the Diane steak and they made vegetarian accommodations for me, a really tasty pasta! Their drinks are to die for- and our waiter, Douglas, was very thoughtful and gave us explanations for every meal! Amazing service because of him and the manager on duty that night! Highly recommend for any couple that enjoys live jazz, being romantic, and living the night up!

It’s a very atmospheric place. Live music, great interior, super stylish and comfortable chairs. Good selection of wines, signature cocktails. We took several appetizers, onion soup (excellent, I strongly recommend it) and crabcakes (they weren’t a success, they tasted bland, a little dry, a little pale in appearance). At the end of the evening we ordered desserts, a glass of excellent port and wonderful espresso. The creme brulee is great and the cobbler with a scoop of ice cream is simply divine.

Food… tasty… lots of butter , splash of honey and lime, mostly meat and sea food options. Good choices for beverages. Not a place for health conscious people, maybe you’ll have to do salads.
Pricing… not a budget friendly, good for celebrations, once in a while kind, $50+ pp.

The food was delicious and it has a fun ambiance. For the price, updating their old red chairs would be nice. I love the look, but you can tell they’ve seen much better days. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and would go again!
