However the service was horrible. There were 2 total servers who shared the dinning room and igloos, along with being the bartenders for the evening. The back of house staff ran food to help.
We waited almost an hour for our Focaccia appetizer, while the table next to us who arrived later than we did got both of there appetizers and all of there drinks nearly 20 mins before us, it took me asking what was going on for ours to be brought out.
There was a woman who ran water refills to a few select tables who appeared to be possibly regulars, but disregarded our attempts to ask for a refill, only came by after I made a joke to our server that the woman with the water couldn’t be bothered to help us.
Our server was very apologetic and we could see she was genuinely trying but was very overwhelmed so we were giving her as much grace as possible considering she was very kind, it also appeared the other server was not as eager to help with anything other than her own guests while ours seemed to be doing much more as she had guests in the igloos. Our server was clearly in the weeds and no one really seemed to step up to help her, while others very clearly had the ability to.
A party of I believe 6/7 guests arrived over an hour early for their reservation, they asked if they could go sit at the bar if they couldn’t be sat, they allowed them to go to the bar but the servers were the ones bartending so it didn’t make much of a difference if they were just going to take up there time at the bar so it seemed they were sat early to accommodate them which clearly they did not have the proper staffing to allow.
Our server offered us each a drink refill on the house due to all the delay and chaos, we accepted but only one of our drinks was correct, the other was an entirely different drink than originally ordered to which we were unable to let the server know because we only saw her when we finally had to get up and ask for our check and boxes .
Overall there was no reason we were there for over 2 hours when we could have been in and out within an hour tops we ordered simple items and did not plan to be there that long which ruined our plans after. It was clear they were lacking team work and organization the night we were there.
We both had the poached pear salad. I really enjoyed it and ate every bit of it.
I had the brodo because I was told it was amazing. It looked great and presented well, it just wasn’t my personal flavor profile. Nothing against it
Wife had the swordfish and it was good. Swordfish was cooked perfectly and wasn’t dry or anything.
Son had the tenderloin. It was temped great and he ate the whole thing.
I do like it when a chef comes out and makes sure their creations are enjoyed. Food always tastes better when it comes from the heart and not just because you want a paycheck.
Overall this is a great spot to eat.
This place lived up to the hype! Food was delicious atmosphere was lively and the service was perfection! Totally recommend this business if you’re looking to having your anniversaries or any other type of gatherings! My wife and I had their ceviche as starters the plate has a kick to it but it was manageable. It was fish and shrimp with cilantro and pico with a hint of green sauce. For the entrée my wife had the pasta/lasagna plate that came with veggies and a pesto sauce. Totally delicious! I had the sirloin which was exquisite, I asked for a medium rare and it just and it came out that way very very, very delicious. The meat was super tender and juicy, and I totally recommend. And the finish off we had the Phone look-alike, which was with oranges ginger, and it tasted just like flan, but more flavorful. I totally recommend this location if I can give them six stars I would I loved it and I hope you do too. It is located right next to a golf course so if you want to get your range on get something to eat while you play some golf. The prices can get a little expensive but if it’s for your 20 year anniversary, it’s well worth it!!
Wild flour is a 6 stars for me!
Thanks to the Chef and the Hosts amazing job by the entire team!
Thank you!
We got a verity of different plates to try for our group.
For drinks we got some hot apple cider with a cinnamon stick ! Very good definitely recommend it.
Tea is great too!
For appetizers we got a roasted mushrooms plate, Crab & Shrimp cakes and Brussels sprouts they were great and flavorful. Good amount of sweet and spicy sauce.
For main course we tied lasagna it was definitely an interesting combination, not your traditional style but it was a bit to cheesy so if you like that it’s for you!
Tenderloin was alright nothing special
Zuppe was also pretty tasty
Also the service is great and fast the servers are very helpful that’s a big plus!
